汉英误译对英语词汇学习的启示

学生在汉译英时常犯的错误是用词错误。用词不当或词不迭意严重影响了对原文的正确表达。本文通过对学生英译句子里用词错误的分析，说明其对英语词汇学习所带来的启示。     

错题深加工：“轻负担、高质量”教学的有效路径

错题本身是一种学习资源,而且是为学习者量身定做的资源,对错题进行深加工,有助于实现＂轻负担、高质量＂的教育愿景。对于学生来说应建立错题本、错因归类、善于反思、多种利用方式并举;对于教师来说应以错定教,善于运用多种教学策略,加深正解思维的深刻性。     

Peripheral vision and simple catching: The screen paradigm revisted

The importance of effector visual feedback has previously been indicated using an opaque screen to prevent sight of the catching hand for the final 150–200 ms of a flight path of 850 ms in total. Attention was drawn to the finding that the ability to position the arm correctly in the line of flight of the ball deteriorated as a consequence of the number of trials without visual feedback. However, the use of only 20 test trials allows a possibility that the proprioceptive system may be able to re‐establish predominant control under conditions of prolonged visual decrement. In order to verify this notion, the number of experimental trials was quadrupled for 24 subjects of mixed sex in a replication of the initial paradigm.

The results provided preliminary support for the view that the positioning of the catching arm is more seriously affected by visual occlusion than the timing of the grasp phase. However, increments in accuracy of limb orientation were evidenced in all screen conditions, as the number of trials increased. The grasp component of one‐handed catching appeared to remain unaffected by the increase in experimental trials. The relative influence of skill level on catching errors was next addressed by comparing the performance of the six best and worst catchers in the group.

The results did not support previous research which found a relation between skill level and error type. The number of position, but not grasp, errors decreased as a function of task practice for both subgroups. Future investigations should, perhaps, focus on the developmental nature of movement control in one‐handed catching to obtain a clearer picture of this relation.

现代汉语单双音同义名词的主要差异

在对外汉语教学中,留学生所面对的同义词范围远远大于母语使用者所感受到的同义词,单双音同义名词在使用上也常常有偏误产生。本文筛选了《汉语水平词汇与汉字等级大纲》中的185组单双音同义名词,通过对比释义和考察应用实例,来探寻单双音同义名词在词义、色彩、功用等方面的差异,希望为对外汉语的同义词教学提供一些可操作的辨析角度,减少学生词汇使用偏误的产生。     

Secondary School Students Learning From Reflections on the Rationale Behind Self-Made Errors: A Field Experiment

Thus far, it is unclear how students can learn most effectively from their own errors. In this study, reflections on the rationale behind self-made errors are assumed to enhance knowledge acquisition. In a field experiment with pre/post/follow-up design, the authors practiced fractions with 174 seventh- and eighth-grade students who were randomly assigned to one of two conditions: The students reflected on either the rationale behind their own errors or on the correct solution corresponding to their own errors. Students in the first condition group demonstrated a greater procedural knowledge at the posttest and at the follow-up test. Furthermore, at the follow-up test, these students demonstrated a higher conceptual knowledge. The implications for theory and school instruction are discussed.     

中国男排非受迫性失误状况诊断及对策研究

根据排球比赛的制胜规律,首次提出排球比赛中“运动队非受迫性失误”的概念,并研究开发了其13项二级指标。运用这一理论对中国男排;006年参加的12场世界大赛的参赛录像进行统计分析,发现在发球失分、第二次击球过网、双人或三人拦强攻失分这3项指标方面,中国男排与对手国存在显著差异,其现状亟待改善。     

Corpus Analysis of the Various Errors Made by the Student

The software Wordsmith has been commonly used in corpus linguistics.In this paper,the author used the tool of Concord in Wordsmith to analyze various errors made by a student.Five passages made by the students are used.After annotating on the errors,the author uses Concord to sort out each error maker and made classification chart of the errors.All the errors are classified into two categories:errors caused by carelessness and by language ability.After analyzing,there are mainly three kinds of errors and in the first category and five kinds of errors in the second category.     

Croatian Society of Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine: national recommendations for venous blood sampling

Phlebotomy is one of the most complex medical procedures in the diagnosis, management and treatment of patients in healthcare. Since laboratory test results are the basis for a large proportion (60–80%) of medical decisions, any error in the phlebotomy process could have serious consequences. In order to minimize the possibility of errors, phlebotomy procedures should be standardised, well-documented and written instructions should be available at every workstation. Croatia is one of the few European countries that have national guidelines for phlebotomy, besides the universally used CLSI (Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute) H3-A6 Procedures for the Collection of Diagnostic Blood Specimens by Venipuncture; approved Standard-Sixth Edition (CLSI, 2007) and WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines on drawing blood: best practices in phlebotomy (WHO, 2010). However, the growing body of evidence in importance of preanalytical phase management resulted in a need for evidence based revision and expansion of existing recommendations.The Croatian Society for Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine, Working Group for the Preanalytical Phase issued this recommendation. This document is based on the CLSI guideline H3-A6, with significant differences and additional information.
