林白《致一九七五》的女性主义叙事学解读

《致一九七五》是林白以感性的女性主义叙事方法创作的一部小说。小说运用女性主义叙事学,通过对人物形象、故事情节等的塑形以及对过往记忆的重构,重建了女性主义话语权,颠覆了菲勒斯中心主义的地位。     

中国当代女性文学发展困境之一——女性主义小说在写作主题上存在的误区及意义

九十年代中国女性主义小说在主题表达上常以类型化的方式出现：一是身体写作;二是对女性主体性历史的虚构;三是对神圣母亲形象的解构;四是对姐妹情谊的建构。对这些主题进行辨析,发现误区,阐明意义,有利于中国当代女性文学更长久的发展。     

中国女性诗学建构中的理论盲点

中国当代女性诗学建立了自己的理论体系，但女性诗学如何本土化，如何理清“人”和“女人”的关系以及理论的创新等理论盲点，需要作进一步探索。     

What a queer space is HPE,or is it yet? Queer theory,sexualities and pedagogy

Physical education, or HPE, is arguably a very queer space not only in the daily practices between students and teachers in schools but also in the broader field. This paper explores theoretical interactions with the HPE field in terms of the development and employment of queer theory, and links between associated sexualities and pedagogy research in HPE. I begin by (not) defining queer theory, its emergence and development. In short, I argue that the absence of queerness in HPE is very queer indeed! I address some of the significant fields of (non)influence dominating or marginalized in HPE research before identifying potential shifts to imagine what a queer pedagogy of movement or physical culture might look like in HPE as a point for further debate.     

From inter-Asia studies toward tricontinental studies

Abstract

This paper proposes new conceptual frameworks for “inter-Asia studies” in order to be more appropriate for addressing and redressing the demands of global patriarchal capitalism as well as overcoming the “regime of separation” of Asian studies from African and/or Latin American studies. To do that, first, I will problematize the male-East Asia-metropolis centeredness of “inter-Asia.” Then, I will try to locate “inter-Asia studies” into the field of “tricontinental studies” invented by the decolonial and deimperial spirit of connection between the colonized continents of Asia, Africa and Latin America. In the third section, I will propose a “feminist inter-referencing reading” that involves shuttling back and forth between the postcolonial sub-regions of Asia, Africa and/or Latin America horizontally from the location and perspective of gendered subalterns rather than upward-mobile metropolitan feminists. The feminist standpoint that reading takes is combined with the conceptual frameworks of labor, ecology and ethnicity. It is also held that such a feminist inter-referencing reading needs the imaginative and interpretative metaphor of the “planet” to overcome the Westernized notion of the “nation” and “globe” as well as the concept of “universality shared by all humans” not monopolized by Westerners. Lastly, this paper will illustrate the new kind of “tricontinental studies” by providing an example of “feminist inter-referencing reading” which connects and compares the sub-regions of South Korea, Vietnam and Liberia.     

论20世纪前加拿大移民妇女状况及女性意识

加拿大是个移民国家,其妇女状况和女性意识都有自身发展的特点。本文讨论了20世纪前加拿大移民妇女的状况和女性意识的发展,分析了20世纪前加拿大女性意识发展缓慢的原因。19世纪后期妇女状况有了根本性的改善,女性意识也有了前所未有的进步,为20世纪高涨的女权意识和蓬勃发展的妇女解放运动奠定了坚实的基础。     

后现代文化语境中的文化政治概述

文化政治在近些年的学术界频繁出现。正确认识文化政治的含义对于理解当前出现的诸多文化现象有着重要的作用。本文从后现代文化语境出发。对文化政治的当下意义进行了阐释和注解,特别是对后现代文化语境中的文化政治的源起、复合理论的交融、微观政治的倾向以及后现代文化语境中文化政治的两个重要表现：女性主义和后殖民主义进行了概述和阐释。对当前文化政治的含义理解有着启发意义。     

张爱玲：悖逆语境下的女性自赎

张爱玲的写作具有十分鲜明的个性意义，她始终处于一种与时代语境和自我理想相背离的话语状态中，但这种背离却是她关注女性命运和实现自我价值的独等方式。我们通过对张爱的本及写作语境的分析以验证他的写作与当下十分热门的女性主要学的意义和价值。     

Learning to be affected: Matters of pedagogy in the artists’ soup kitchen

Expanding on the robust contributions by feminist new materialist scholars this essay focuses on two concepts—affect and rhythm—in order to elaborate on matters of pedagogy and a politics of attunement. If one of the key challenges that arises from feminist new materialism is that the human can no longer be taken for granted, then this prompts us to open ourselves to other ways of thinking, knowing, and doing. Being attuned to the agency of all matter offers a way of looking at how pedagogy is constituted as material, affective, and in rhythm, and this attention to the mechanisms of pedagogy can in turn affect a politics of attunement. In order to problematize an affective pedagogy we turn to a socially enagaged performance called The Artists’ Soup Kitchen.     

Teacher-centered professionalism: a feminist perspective on supported access to digital knowledge

This qualitative study creates a case for teacher learning through increased access to digital knowledge and information made available through the Internet. I ask how reading environments, supported through online access to scholarly texts, might create intellectual engagement and transformative possibilities for teachers within their professional learning communities. This study is based on the experiences of six female teachers’ participation in a research project in a large urban center in Western Canada. Through individual and group interview data, I present three examples of how the teachers engaged in a discourse of social justice. This paper demonstrates the value of providing teachers with digital access to public knowledge through the Internet as a new and distinctive approach to teacher learning that can deepen understanding of the profession within a collective association of learning.
