基于流程的文献传递知识整合与知识发现——以浙江大学图书馆为例

在对当前文献传递相关论文研究内容和高校图书馆文献传递馆员培训情况进行调研和综述的前提下,结合当前文献传递实际工作中存在的问题,论述了文献传递知识整合与知识发现的必要性。介绍了进行文献传递知识整合与知识发现的方法:以流程为基础,将文献传递中的流程知识划分为过程、规则和经验,分别以实例进行演示。最后指出可通过建立知识库、有效利用即时通讯软件和建立应用本体等促进上述方法的实现。     

水泥粉喷桩在公路工程软基处理的应用

粉喷桩加固软土地基是基于水泥加固土的物理化学反应，形成复合地基，是桩和土共同承担上部结构传来的荷载，达到提高其复合地基承载力的目的；根据公路工程对地基条件的要求，结合地区软基特点，从设计、施工、质量控制方面介绍了连云港地区公路工程采用水泥粉喷桩加固软土地基的方法。     

Maximizing Access to Resources: A Distance Learning Librarian Joins Forces with Colleagues at Supporting (Proximal) Libraries

ABSTRACT

Saint Leo University faculty provide instruction at SCE sites located on eight community college campuses and three military bases in the Florida region. This article will examine ways in which the Distance Learning/Reference (DL/Ref) librarian facilitates off-campus student access to both the university library's online and print resources and to library resources at nearby supporting, or “proximal,” libraries for students who are too far from the University Campus to use anything except the Ask-a-Librarian, 1–800 reference, and Interlibrary Loan services. These students must rely on proximal libraries, which include large public library systems, library consortia, community college libraries, and military base libraries, for access to print resources as well as Internet access to the university's online content. Providing library access services for such a large, disparate group requires the additional combined efforts of administrators, other faculty librarians, and supporting libraries.

UCF Library Express: Planning a Faculty Delivery Service

As it becomes increasingly difficult to demonstrate the worth of the library to the academic community, gate counts and usage statistics are no longer enough. Showing the impact the library has on the community requires planning new services with outcome measurement from the start. This article outlines a project plan for launching a faculty book delivery service at the University of Central Florida's John C. Hitt Library using Rhea Rubin's (2006) Outcome Measurement model. The article reviews the relevant literature, analyzes the current internal and external climate in which the service will be implemented, discusses the logistical aspects of the service such as cost, delivery method, and staffing, and concludes by determining the goals and outcomes of the service based on these factors. This article is the first in a series of three articles that together make up an entire project planning and management document, including planning, marketing, and assessing the service. The plan in its entirety provides an example of how to apply the Outcome Measurement model in an academic library setting.

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对北京高校体育场馆资源利用现状及影响因素进行研究。发现北京高校体育场馆资源较为优越 ,开放率很高 ,有偿开放能更好地服务于全民健身运动 ;高校场馆资源的利用与场馆的经济基础、物质基础以及思想意识、管理水平有关 ;资源开发的赢利效果受场馆条件和经营思想两方面的影响     

个体在信息传递中的行为对组织效率的影响

一项交易活动，无论发生在市场还是组织内部，都要涉及到对信息的收集处理等，而这会产生交易成本。组织中的交易和市场中的交易有所不同，个体的行为会对组织的效率产生影响。遵循对行为人的三种假设：有限理性、机会主义和自身利益最大化，分析组织中个体行为对内部信息传递的影响。     

基于延迟制造的客户订单分离点定位

通过建立基于成本的定量模型,对生产过程前s-1道工序的成本进行分析,将客户订单中要求的交货期作为约束条件引入模型,依据其不同取值范围得出4种情形下的客户订单分离点（CODP）最佳定位,并在分析4种情形的基础上将CODP最优解用公式表示．同时,分析总成本函数分别为常量函数、单调递增、单调递减、凸函数、凹函数及波浪形函数时的CODP定位最优解,并以实例对模型进行实证分析．     

国内外反球场观众暴力的立法

采用文献资料和访谈，探讨国内外反球场观众暴力立法的有关问题，结果表明：为了遏制球场观众的暴力行为，意大利、英国等国家纷纷出台相应的专门性法律，并在防范和控制足球观众暴力上取得了较好的效果；面对近年来我国球场上经常发生的球迷闹事事件，依法治理是根本，目前应该借鉴国外反球场观众暴力立法的经验．加快我国反球场观众暴力立法的进程。     

Intensive mode delivery of a neuroanatomy unit: Lower final grades but higher student satisfaction

In 2011, Macquarie University moved to a three‐session academic year which included two 13‐week sessions (traditional mode) and one seven‐week session (intensive mode). This study was designed to compare the intensive and traditional modes of delivery in a unit of undergraduate neuroanatomy. The new intensive mode neuroanatomy unit provided the same quantity and quality of material to the same standard, delivered by the same teachers and over the same total hours, but in a shorter timeframe. All students enrolled in session 2 (traditional mode) and session 3 (intensive mode) were invited to participate in this study. The main outcome measures were the final course grades and level of satisfaction with the course. Although there was no significant difference between the two cohorts in self‐rated level of knowledge (P = 0.148), the traditional mode cohort achieved significantly higher final grades compared to the intensive mode cohort (P = 0.001). Similarly, the distribution of final grades was also different between the two cohorts. The two cohorts were equally satisfied with the unit overall, and with the lectures and tutorials. However, the intensive mode cohort was more satisfied with the laboratory practical classes compared to the traditional mode cohort (P < 0.001). Thus this study demonstrates that in the case of neuroanatomy, which is high in content, when the course is taught to the same standards as exist in the traditional mode of delivery, the students do not do as well even though they enjoy the course equally.
