基于逆文献频率和语词位置加权算法的文献自动标引的研究

介绍以普通英文科技文献为测试样本,利用海量信息处理的原理对样本进行标引,为最终的用户检索服务。介绍系统的系统构架,标引原理和数据处理流程等,提出逆文献频率加权和语词位置加权两种算法相结合的方式来达到目的。     

The exploration of student-centred approaches for the improvement of learning programming in higher education

The author has undergone a major shift in the way of teaching his undergraduate computer programming courses. In the classroom, the teacher＇s computer is connected to a splitter and a video projector that display the computer＇s screen to the entire class. Using this technology, the programming language itself is used live in class to help the students learn how to program. The students are learning in a context by far livelier than those of previous methods. Teaching computer programming is not achieved by lecturing and writing the program instructions on board or by displaying program instructions to the class on transparencies or slides of electronic presentations. With the implementation of student-centered approaches, the students migrated from the state of passive receivers to constructors of computer programming concepts. Students are coached to develop a sense of exploration, individuality and autonomous thinking. The enthusiasm for technology has been facilitating and supporting the learner-centered approach. Everyone in this approach is a learner, including the teacher.     

年龄与二语习得

年龄是影响第二语言习得效果个体差异的重要因素之一。许多心理学家、应用语言学家和教育家十分关注年龄对二语习得的影响,他们用大量的时间从不同的角度,选择不同的列象研究年龄和第二语言习得的关系,但研究的结果并不一致,甚至产生了一些相互矛盾的结论。如有人认为二语学习应从儿童开始,因为儿童比成人发音习得效果要好;也有人认为成人理解能力强,故更有利于二语学习;还有一些人认为,无论何时开始学第二语言没有关系,只要努力学习,都能同样成功地掌握第二语言。

基于达尔文进化论来解释文化进化规律的模因论,为研究大学校园流行语成功复制和传播以及它们在交际中的语言特色提供了理论依据。大学校园流行语中的模因可以在字、词、短语、句、段乃至篇章体现出来。大学校园流行语之所以被复制和传播,主要由大学生的性格特征和社会原因决定。     

Cultural and linguistic influence on brain organization for language and possible consequences for dyslexia: A review

Current neuroimaging and neurophysiologic techniques have substantially increased our possibilities to study processes related to various language functions in the intact human brain. Learning to read and write influences the functional organization of the brain. What is universal and what is specific in the languages of the world are important issues. Most studies on healthy bilinguals indicate that essentially the same neural mechanisms are used for first and second languages, albeit with some linguistic and cultural influences related to speech and writing systems, particularly between alphabetical and nonalphabetical languages. Proficiency, age of acquisition, and amount of exposure can affect the cerebral representations of the languages. Accumulating data support the important role of working memory for acquiring high proficiency in the reading of native and second languages. It is proposed that longitudinal studies on second language acquisition are essential and that the specific problems related to second language learning in dyslexic children should have high priority.

文章对高校图书馆西文电子资源的读者服务工作进行了分析,指出妨碍有效利用西文电子资源的主要原因,进而提出若干提高西文电子资源利用效果的措施。     

国外索引研究进展：以TheIndexer为例

运用文献计量方法和内容分析方法,对2000-2008年间The Indexer刊登的论文进行统计分析,并对其研究类别进行了划分和汇总,通过对该刊文献的分析了解国外索引研究的进展.笔者在统计数据和文献内容分析的基础上,总结了国外索引研究的主要特点,并对国外索引研究趋势进行了梳理和阐述.     

民族信息学的研究范式与发展方向探析

民族信息学(Ethno-Informatics)是探索信息化条件下中国少数民族地区信息活动和信息现象基本规律的科学领域,研究范式的在学科建设当中具有非常重要的地位。从人、信息、技术和环境之间的互动关系所面临核心矛盾的不同,民族信息学可以划分为"信息交流范式"、"信息处理范式"、"信息管理范式"、"信息理解范式"和"信息融合范式"。目前,我国的民族信息学研究整体上处于由"信息处理范式"向"信息管理范式"的转型阶段,未来需要重点关注学科的基础性问题、少数民族语言电子文件文档一体化管理、少数民族语言信息资源集成共享的基础设施平台、少数民族语言多媒体信息处理与共享、民族地区多语种信息服务的管理规范等问题的研究。

政府信息公开的自动标引的设计与实现

文章介绍自动标引技术的发展现状,并将自动标引技术应用于政府信息公开的标引工作中,针对政府信息公开工作中存在的问题和不足,运用统计加权算法,将词频统计、位置加权、词共现统计三者相结合,设计实现了基于关键词的政府信息公开的自动标引。
