区域制度创新模式的主要划分依据是制度创新主体及其作用的不同。浦东新区综合配套改革是我国进入了科学发展新阶段后,将改革在区域上进行的试验。与制度创新经典理论的“诱致性制度变迁”和“强制型制度变迁”相比,浦东新区综合配套改革的制度创新表现出较强的综合性特点。推进综合配套改革,必须综合发挥不同类型制度创新主体的作用,加强管理考核与立法,重点突出配套改革在个性问题上实现创新突破。  相似文献

文章主要对位移动词“来”的代动用法进行了考察。文章在指出“来”的代动现象及其判别标准的基础上,对“来”代动用法的成因、“来”作为代动词用法的替代条件及其在对外汉语中的教学应用进行了探讨。认为:动词“来”的语义泛化和动词“来”的强位移性特征是“来”出现代动用法的主要原因,而“来”后自身宾语成分的变化则促成了其代动用法的发展;“来”的代动用法受到了句法、语义和语用不同程度的限制;在对外汉语教学中,这一用法又偏于灵活,不好把握,所以最好采用深入浅出、封闭式的教学方法,选定切入点,并结合常规中的典型用法进行教学。  相似文献

中国的农村劳动力具有不同于世界上其他国家农村劳动力的特殊性。这一特殊性在于人口数量大,一般公认的数据大约2亿左右,且伴随着城市化的加快、户籍制度改革的举步维艰、城乡差距的加大等矛盾,在流动中表现出异乎寻常的复杂。但是,从目前全国已有的农民工社会保障制度来看,主要有“扩面型”、“仿城型”、“单独建制型”三种模式。这些已有的模式却是相互分割、独立。势必产生农民工群体之间乃至整个社会群体新的矛盾。因此,根据农民工自身特点,分类、分层地解决农民工社会保障问题是构建农民工社会保障制度的必然选择。  相似文献

LGBTQ issues are often marginalized in teacher preparation programs. This marginalization perpetuates heternormative practices in schools. Utilizing the lens of narrative inquiry, this study examined the lives of 10 LGBTQ teachers residing in various geographical regions in the United States. Based on the theoretical framework of Queer Theory, this paper examines discursive powers that marginalize LGBTQ teachers and offers recommendations to eliminate repressive, heteronormative practices in teacher educator preparation programs.  相似文献

Abstract

Embedding general education in the Chinese university education system is a considerably complex systemic project, and a lack of institutional arrangements beneficial to general education has always been a key barrier in implementation. Currently, the main institutional restricting factors for university general education include substantial major-based education systems, scattered credit management systems, lack of a distributive elective system with interdisciplinary integration, and a vertically segmented course management system. In the process from popularizing to deepening general education, Chinese universities must move from imitating and transplanting toward local construction; establish the new ideal of undergraduate general education; focus on building featured, university-based fundamental general education curricula; and seek out a path that suits the institutional environment of Chinese universities.  相似文献

This study adopts a nationwide survey data set between 2005 and 2013 (Chinese General Social Survey) to explore the influence of the massification of higher education on the transition of Chinese youth into the labour market. Data analysis reveals two major findings. First, the economic returns to college education of recent cohorts of university graduates (those who have graduated from universities not more than 3 years ago) are lower than the cohorts who graduated in 2005 and 2006. Second, recent cohorts of college graduates are likely to work in the urban informal sector, unlike their senior counterparts. These findings could partially be explained by skills mismatch in the labour market but a comprehensive understanding of graduate unemployment in China could be obtained by bringing the broader political economy perspective into the analysis.  相似文献

This paper examines geographical differences in choice of field in higher education. Formerly, educational attainment differed considerably between rural areas and urban centres. Today these differences are pretty much offset. What kind of education students from different geographical areas pursue is however less well known. This article examines this question. It analyses data from public administrative registers on the entire Norwegian population born between 1955 and 1983. It finds that people who have grown up close to a university more often study at a university, whereas people who have grown up near a university college more often study at a university college. Corresponding differences are found in the choice of educational field.  相似文献

In this paper, we take an unsanctioned academic network, a writing group, as a site of inquiry into both the broad given-ness of the norms of the neoliberal academy and our simultaneous compliance with and resistance to these norms. We choose to comply because we are invested in becoming academics; we continue to research and write for conferences and publication and to frame our scholarly work in terms of how it can be used on our CVs. We choose to resist by working collaboratively and towards remaining intelligible (both to ourselves and to those outside the academy) while becoming scholars. Here we put several concepts to work to think about the role of the writing group in our experiences as becoming-scholars, in particular ‘becoming-minoritarian,’ ‘schizoid subjectivities,’ ‘agential assemblage,’ and ‘institutional passing.’ Then, to think about how we (might) live through the process of becoming academic, we turn to the concept of survivance.  相似文献
