导游工作满意度的实证研究——基于对导游人员的调研

导游工作满意度综合反映了导游对自身工作的认同情况,是影响导游工作者离职率的重要因素。在借鉴相关研究的基础上,通过设计量表,以实地调查为依据,用SPSS16．0做因子分析得出影响导游工作满意度的七大因子是工作感知、旅行社的鼓励措施、稳定保障、工作环境、报酬认可、出团工作压力、社会评价;得出导游对所从事的工作的满意度综合得分仅有44．5分;分析了不同社会人口学特征的导游群体的工作满意度差异情况。该研究结果有利于找出提高导游工作满意度的实施方案,从而更好地为旅游业服务。     

高等院校体育院（系）辅导员工作满意度问卷的编制

研究在理论和调查基础上编制《高等院校体育院系辅导员工作满意度问卷》,旨在为高等院校辅导员工作满意度研究提供参考。该问卷包括4个维度、21个题目,并设置一个效标题。研究对问卷的结构、信度、效度反复进行探讨,研究表明该问卷具有较好的信效度,可以推广。     

Development and Assessment of a Three-Dimensional Tooth Morphology Quiz for Dental Students

Tooth morphology has a pivotal role in the dental curriculum and provides one of the important foundations of clinical practice. To supplement tooth morphology teaching a three-dimensional (3D) quiz application (app) was developed. The 3D resource enables students to study tooth morphology actively by selecting teeth from an interactive quiz, modify their viewpoint and level of zoom. Additionally, students are able to rotate the tooth to obtain a 3D spatial understanding of the different surfaces of the tooth. A cross-over study was designed to allow comparison of students’ results after studying with the new application or traditionally with extracted/model teeth. Data show that the app provides an efficient learning tool and that students’ scores improve with usage (18% increase over three weeks, P < 0.001). Data also show that student assessment scores were correlated with scores obtained while using the app but were not influenced by the teaching modality initially accessed (r² = 0.175, P < 0.01). Comparison of the 2016 and 2017 class performance shows that the class that had access to the app performed significantly better on their final tooth morphology assessment (68.0% ±15.0 vs. 75.3% ±13.4, P < 0.01). Furthermore, students reported that the 3D application was intuitive, provided useful feedback, presented the key features of the teeth, and assisted in learning tooth morphology. 特殊教育教师职业倦怠的现状及影响——以贵州省为例

研究使用职业倦怠调查问卷,以贵州省特殊教育教师为对象,研究发现贵州省特殊教育教师职业倦怠感总体呈中度倦怠,轻度和中度倦怠人数最多,均超过35%;其中教龄、学校类别、心理健康水平和生活质量等是影响教师职业倦怠的主要因素。在此基础上,文章提出缓解教师职业倦怠的对策与建议。     

Computer Programming for Librarians: A Study of Job Postings for Library Technologists

The rapid changes in technology used in the library and cultural heritage sectors can make it difficult for early career librarians and LIS students interested in library technology positions to know what skills will be most beneficial to their job search. In this study, 492 librarian and archivist job postings from the Code4Libs Jobs website from between 2008 and 2018 were collected and analyzed to find which programming technologies are most in demand overall and which are most requested for specific types of jobs and specific types of employers, including changes over time. The results provide a glimpse of programming languages and technologies that are widely useful in the field of library technology today, as well as those that are growing in use.     

中小企业员工的满意度分析

员工满意度低、离职率高是中小企业面临的普遍问题,影响到企业的生存和发展。本文分析了中小企业员工满意度低的原因,并提出了相应的改进对策。     

大一学生兼职现象分析及引导

大学新生处于人生的关键,但目前有许多大一学生外出兼职,对此应加以正确引导,让兼职真正成为大学生提高实践能力、丰富社会经验的第二课堂。     

背越式跳高起跳尧腾空阶段躯干转动技术的运动学分析

为了探究躯干转动在背越式跳高起跳、腾空阶段的生物力学规律,采用文献资料法、影像分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对国内9名优秀男子跳高运动员进行运动学分析。研究结果显示：运动员起跳过程中3个时间点躯干纵轴与Y轴的夹角均值分别为(74.8±1.9）°、(81.3±1.9)°、(92.5±2.0)°;躯干三环节与XOY面夹角减小和增加的顺序（由快到慢）是：胸部段>腹部段>髋部段。研究认为：起跳离地瞬间适宜的躯干纵轴外倾角度（92°左右）除了可以避免身体碰触横杆和提高身体垂直速度外,还可以使身体获得足够的翻转角动量;在起跳和腾空过杆过程中,肩部发挥了引领作用。     

Teachers' Reactions to Learning Commons in Secondary Schools

This study examined the design of learning commons in three secondary schools as they related to teachers. The frequency and quality of collaboration among teachers, and between teachers and teacher librarians, was measured along with perceptions of engagement, job satisfaction, and design attributes germane to the learning commons model. Teachers at one school responded more positively than those at the other two schools. Significant differences in teachers' reactions to the new spaces were found within each school. This study partly substantiated the benefits of the model. Findings uncover limitations in how learning commons accommodate teachers' professional needs.     

高校毕业生就业质量影响因素的经验分析

近年来,高校毕业生的就业质量问题已成为社会关注的热点问题。以工资和就业满意度作为界定就业质量的两大核心指标,本文基于高校毕业生就业调查数据,应用统计分析和微观计量经济方法,从个体特征和工作特征等方面分析了影响高校毕业生就业质量的主要因素。结果表明,影响高校毕业生工资水平的因素与影响其工作满意度的因素并不完全相同。影响工资水平的因素主要是学历、学校类型等与人力资本有关的变量,影响工作满意度的因素主要是家庭背景等与个体工作态度和其成长有关的环境变量。本文的估计结果也表明,工资水平是影响个体工作满意度的主要因素之一,但其影响程度仅仅在10%的水平上显著。
