本文从人才学角度分析了惠州市人才队伍的现状, 指出了实施人才战略是适应惠州经济社会发展的需要, 并提出了在实施人才战略的一些具体构想。

Organismic integration as a dynamic process: a systematic review of empirical studies on change in behavioral regulations in exercise in adults

In facilitating the adoption of exercise behavior, attention should be directed towards the dynamic nature of behavioral regulations. Organismic integration theory presents a suitable framework for investigating fluctuations in behavioral regulations. However, current results pertaining to this issue revealed mixed findings. The aim of this review is to examine the empirical literature on the dynamic nature of organismic integration theory in exercise settings over time in adults. A systematic review of English articles using PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES, ScienceDirect, and SPORTDiscus was conducted including keywords of organismic integration theory, longitudinal designs, change in behavioral regulations, and exercise. Findings are summarized through quantitative analysis of the evidence. Regarding autonomous regulations, steady increases in regulations are observable that originate within the first weeks and persist for up to one year. Most studies reported no changes in controlled regulations, although in a few cases changes were observed six weeks after baseline or later. The review adds to the theoretical understanding of how behavioral regulations are internalized. However, whether changes in regulation occur depends on both the type of regulation and on contextual characteristics. Future research of longitudinal design is warranted to identify optimal periods in which individuals seek for increased support during exercise adoption.

语言是文化的载体,文化又是一种语境。人们的交际活动除了与一定的社会环境和自然环境相联系外,还与一定的民族、一定的时代的文化有密切的联系。文化语境不仅制约和影响着语言要素的选用和变化,而且还制约和影响着交际者对语言的理解。     

法律儒家化新论

“法律儒家化”是中国法制史上的基本观点,但对此观点需要全面地认识和辩证地分析,不能绝对化和片面化。从魏晋至隋唐儒学发展的态势、法律发展变化的实际情形和法律儒家化的特殊机理三个方面对法律儒家化重新予以解释和剖析,可以看出,法律儒家化的观点虽然从总体上能够成立,但不宜以绝对化、片面化的态度视之,而要深入认识我国古代法律发展过程的复杂性。     

同种异体肾移植26例报告

目的 总结26例肾移植的临床经验和教训。方法 回顾26例肾移植的临床资料，分析供受的状况，组织配型，移植手术，术后并发症及免疫抑制治疗方案对移植效果的影响。结果 70年代有80年代一年人／肾存活率均为33．3％／33．3％，90年代一年，三年人／肾存活率分别为90％／85％，80％／75％，超急性排斥反应发生率3．9％，急性及慢性排斥反应发生率均为11．5％，药物中毒发生率7．8％。结论 合理应用免疫抑制剂，提高外科手术，加强组织配型是提高肾移植受存活率的关键因素。     

Explaining the substantial inter-domain and over-time correlations in student achievement: the importance of stable student attributes

Multi-domain and longitudinal studies of student achievement routinely find moderate to strong correlations across achievement domains and even stronger within-domain correlations over time. The purpose of this study is to examine the sources of these patterns analysing student achievement in 5 domains across Years 3, 5 and 7. The analysis is of longitudinal population data of over 22,000 students and utilizes fixed-effects models to incorporate stable general and domain-specific latent factors. These latent factors correspond to a general cognitive-ability-like factor and specific aptitudes in particular, or types of, subject areas. The preferred model incorporates both general and domain-specific latent factors with stronger effects for the general factor, although the domain-specific factors are particularly strong for spelling and numeracy. When taking into account general and domain-specific latent factors, the effects of student’s socioeconomic status (SES) and school SES are trivial.     

Multimedia and Online Video Case Studies for Preservice Teacher Preparation

Case studies have been used successfully as a part of teacher education. There are many possibilities in extending the impact of case studies through the use of technology. Video and the Internet could enable demonstration of more examples, dissemination beyond the walls of the classroom, and discussion between geographically dispersed preservice teachers. Several projects are now investigating the possible ways that technology might enhance or extend text case studies. After exploring four existing products, four essential elements for video case studies are proposed. As video case studies move to the Internet, additional issues arise and these are also explored.     

With the eyes of others: an ethnography of an academic office

The author raises questions about ethnographic methodology through exploring the implications of using observations produced by his colleagues about his office as data for his research. This process blurred the boundaries between researcher, method and the object and subject of research. It meets some criteria for ethnography and not others, and does not evidence clear definitional boundaries for any sub-genre such as autoethnography or collaborative authoethnography. Besides raising definitional challenges and the blurring of roles in research, the study also illustrates how the methodology revealed tensions over collegial trust, boundaries and privacy. The author's colleagues exposed aspects of the author's identity that were opaque and even invisible to the author. The author accordingly raises questions about the locus of ethical concern. Thus, issues of roles, definition, trust, boundaries, privacy and method were entwined.     

语文教学要重视对学生的语感培养

在语文教学中进行语感教学已被广大语文教育工作者所理解和认同，一个语感能力强的人，能迅速捕捉语言信息，并迅速领悟，理解其内容，培养学生正确的语感，必然带来语文教学多快好省的效率，要利用教材，给学生创设情境，对学生进行语感培养，只要持之以恒，学生的正确语感就一定能形成。
