典型小贷公司的比较研究——以合肥市小贷公司为例

通过对合肥地区有代表性的两家小贷公司在人员机构、公司业务、公司经营、风险控制等四个方面的比较研究,发现其中存在的共性与个性。并通过分析当前小贷公司发展所处的外部环境与内部环境,得到合肥地区小贷公司发展所经历的一些规律与启示。     

公司管理层级与公司业绩的关系研究

笔者通过对国有上市公司与非国有上市公司的研究发现,抛开企业产权性质,当企业管理层级多于控制链条数时,企业管理成本与企业业绩负相关;当控制链条数多于管理层级时,企业管理成本与企业业绩显著正相关。     

The Complicated Symptoms of Sick Buildings

SUMMARY

When the symptoms of a possible sick building syndrome appeared in a library building more than twenty years ago, it was thought that the situation could be easily fixed. Instead, we are still managing a problem building although extensive work has been done and much progress has been made to moderate the physical reactions of staff and building users. Looking after the well being of our staff has been the primary motivation.     

Managing the 21st Century Reference Department

Abstract

The reference department of the 21st century has to provide services, which are constantly being shaped by the changes in the information environment and the expectations of patrons of the fast-paced era. The presence of a visionary and dynamic leader to direct and influence the behaviors and activities of the staff who must provide the reference services is an important component in the delivery of quality services. This article focuses on the competencies that the leader must possess in order to get the job done well and influence and direct the employees' abilities towards the achievement of the department's predetermined goals. Some of the core competencies considered valuable for the reference leader are identified, defined and discussed.

“势”有鲜为人知的丰富内容,“势”的产生,在自然界里是由于其内部能量的积聚而造成矛盾失衡所致;在社会中则是由于各种社会矛盾失衡所使然。识“势”是“营势”的前提,善于“营势”是管理或领导艺术的最高境界,是各项具体管理的出发点与归宿。依据生产关系一定要适合生产力要求的规律,必须以人类最先进的生产力为参照系,不断调整或重组生产关系与生产力,这是推动社会经济政治持续发展的根本保证,也是各级领导牢牢把握全局之根本。     

会计应由核算型向管理型转变

论学校在学生伤害事故中的法律责任

学校与学生之间的关系是一种教育、管理和保护的关系。在处理学生伤害事故时，学校承担责任的归责原则是过错责任原则，兼顾适用公平原则。为解决学生伤害事故问题，学校应采取多种预防措施，建立社会保险，转移风险责任，并成立专门机构处理学生伤害事故纠纷。     

Finding Common Ground: The Role of Preventive Conservation in Response to the Expectations of Contemporary Audiences at the National Gallery,London

ABSTRACT

Like many museums and galleries following a prolonged period of austerity, the National Gallery has increased its public, private and corporate activities on an unprecedented scale and embarked on an extensive building programme to develop the site and its heritage-listed building. Together with an expanding loans and exhibitions programme, institutional attention has been drawn towards using the collection and building in ways not done before, both to attract new audiences and to develop new income sources. However, such new and escalating activities have the potential to expose the collection to risks not previously considered and are increasing cumulative exposure to certain environmental factors. A new group, the Preventive Conservation Working Group (PCWG), working at an operational level, has recently been established as a forum for discourse, collaboration and innovation at this time of transformation, and its activities and areas of current focus are presented. The role of this group in safeguarding the collection while helping the institution to respond to the expectations of modern life and the contemporary audience are discussed, as well as some of the other positive benefits resulting from the group's formation.
