为探究医学院校分析测试中心建设与运行的有效途径,分析了中心运行中存在的主要问题。在总结经验的基础上,针对这些问题,采取测试与教学有效结合、加强测试队伍建设、开展有偿服务、仪器托管服务、与临床结合等有效实践;并通过对检测基地建设、检测资质申报、平台配套人员配备等一系列举措,形成了特色鲜明的分析测试中心,取得了一定的成效。可为其他医学院校分析测试中心建设提供借鉴。

医疗事故的犯罪主体限于具有医疗技术并依法取得从医资格的人员 ;医疗行为有严重违法性及行为人主观上有重大过失是构成本罪的必要条件 ;区分法学上的原因与医学上的原因的不同含义 ,才能准确定罪 ;判断是否存在医务过失的标准有层次性、动态性、客观性、整体性这四个特征 ;充分认识医务活动的特殊危险性及其实践意义     

Rigour in moderation processes is more important than the choice of method

Processes for moderating assessments are much debated in higher education. The myriad approaches to the task vary in their demands on staff time and expertise, and also in how valid, reliable and fair to students they appear. Medical education, with its diverse range of assessments and assessors across clinical and academic domains presents additional challenges to moderation. The current review focuses on medical education, considering double-marking and benchmarking as two broad classes of moderation procedure, and argues that it is the process more than the type of procedure which is crucial for successful moderation. The advantages and disadvantages of each class of procedure are discussed in the light of our medical school’s current practices, and with respect to the limited empirical evidence within medical education assessment. Consideration of implementation is central to ensuring valid and reliable moderation. The reliability of assessor judgements depends more on the consistency of assessment formats and the application of clear and agreed assessment criteria than on the moderation process itself. This article considers these factors in relation to their impact on the reliability of moderation, and aims to help assessors and students appreciate the diversity of these factors by facilitating their consideration in the assessment process.

科技论文关键词呈现多类型、多关联关系的属性,可以借助具有多层次、多超边的超网络进行表示建模。本研究构建了由研究对象-实验品种-研究用途-技术方法 4层关键词子网和多种关联超边组成的超网络模型,并将该超网络模型用于"农业动物生殖细胞和干细胞调控"领域的科技论文的实证分析。该超网络模型在揭示单层关键词子网同质关联关系的同时,也能挖掘多层子网之间的隐性异质关联关系,从而发现了该领域常用技术方法、实验品种、研究对象和研究用途,同时还发现了该领域的技术空白点和技术应用空白点,这些空白点很可能成为未来的研究热点。     

新媒体时代高校医学期刊实施健康科普的意义及举措

新媒体时代,科技期刊的传播面不断扩大,高校医学期刊在推动医学科技发展的同时,在办好期刊的前提下,应当承担一定的社会责任,通过新媒体传播健康科普知识,推动全民健康素养提升,引导正确的医学科技舆论导向。文章分析高校医学期刊开展健康科普的意义,并结合高校医学期刊和新媒体优势,提出培养和发挥作者的健康科普意识、利用高校医学期刊的资源组稿和征稿、组建学生工作团队、建立完善的稿件处理流程、与大众媒体合作扩大传播范围、开展互动交流、获取相关政策支持等策略,为高校医学期刊开展健康科普提供思路。

期刊析出文献出处项中年、卷、期、页码等信息是参考文献溯源和查询的重要内容。对医学高校学报中出现的篡改出版年代,卷(期)错乱,随意杜撰卷、期、页和页码前后标识字符丢失的数字乱象进行了归类解析,并提出了防范意见。     

Information seeking patterns of psychiatrists during clinical practice

This study is based on Gerardo Ruiz’s doctoral thesis on the information seeking patterns of psychiatrists in Mexico City, which he completed in January 2018 from the Autonomous National University of Mexico. The paper presents the key findings from a survey and interview involving 92 psychiatrists to identify the differing roles and information behaviours of three types of mental health practitioners. Similarities and divergences were found in their behavioural patterns in obtaining information to make clinical decisions, depending on purpose for the sought information which aligned to the role of the psychiatrist and on the information contexts of institutions in which they work. The implications for practice highlighted in this study focus on the influencing factors of time and availability of sources in enabling the mental health specialist to search, disseminate and evaluate information to be used in clinical practice, as well as to have in place broader communication with colleagues in order to enrich clinical care for better diagnosis and treatment.F.J.

Three-Dimensional Printing of Archived Human Fetal Material for Teaching Purposes

The practical aspect of human developmental biology education is often limited to the observation and use of animal models to illustrate developmental anatomy. This is due in part to the difficulty of accessing human embryonic and fetal specimens, and the sensitivity inherent to presenting these specimens as teaching materials. This report presents a new approach using three-dimensional (3D) printed replicas of actual human materials in practical classes, thus allowing for the inclusion of accurate examples of human developmental anatomy in the educational context. A series of 3D prints have been produced from digital data collected by computed tomography (CT) imaging of an archived series of preserved human embryonic and fetal specimens. The final versions of 3D prints have been generated in a range of single or multiple materials to illustrate the progression of human development, including the development of internal anatomy. Furthermore, multiple copies of each replica have been printed for large group teaching. In addition to the educational benefit of examining accurate 3D replicas, this approach lessens the potential for adverse student reaction (due to cultural background or personal experience) to observing actual human embryonic/fetal anatomical specimens, and reduces the potential of damage or loss of original specimens. This approach, in combination with ongoing improvements in the management and analysis of digital data and advances in scanning technology, has enormous potential to allow embryology students access to both local and international collections of human gestational material.
