自制实验器材,加强实践教学,利用一切有利环境。条件增加电工实验实习。使学生真正能够做到理论联系实际,提高其实际操作技能和应变能力,从而成为合格的"应用型"技术人材。十年来我们在电工类的教学改革中,做了一点初步尝试,取得了一定的效果。     

徐渭《玄抄类摘序说》解析

本文从三个方面对徐渭《玄抄类摘序说》进行解析 :一、由于明朝整个时代的文化心理与社会文艺心态扭曲变形造成了明朝书坛日趋萎靡的书风 ,针对这个书法历史现状 ,徐渭提出此论。二、对徐渭书论中提出的雷太简“江声中笔法何从来哉”进行剖析 ,解释徐渭书论中所指出“悟”和“书神为最”与我国哲学的关系。三、从书法论著的发展史角度来分析“心为上 ,书神为最”这个书法论点 ,以及徐渭《玄抄类摘序说》的学术意义 ,阐述笔者所理解的书法本质、书法精神境界、审美境界和书法视觉表现形式     

A comparison of well-peer mentored and non-peer mentored athletes’ perceptions of satisfaction

The purpose of the present study was to compare well-peer mentored and non-peer mentored athletes’ perceptions of satisfaction. A total of 444 intercollegiate athletes (272 well-peer mentored and 172 non-peer mentored) from a variety of sport teams participated in the study. Athletes from both well-peer mentored and non-peer mentored groups reported their satisfaction levels using the Athlete Satisfaction Questionnaire. The results of a MANOVA and follow-up post hoc ANOVAs showed that well-peer mentored athletes were significantly more satisfied than their non-peer mentored counterparts in terms of individual performance, personal dedication, team task contribution, team social contribution, team integration, ethics, ability utilisation and training and instruction. Overall, the findings suggest that athletes who are well-peer mentored by a teammate perceive higher satisfaction levels with various aspects of their athletic experience than athletes who are not peer mentored by a teammate. Given these positive findings, practitioners (i.e., coaches, sport psychology consultants) should inform athletes on the benefits of peer-to-peer mentoring. The practical implications of the results and strategies to promote peer athlete mentoring relationships in sport are highlighted.

引礼入法是中国古代政治和法律史上的重要内容。在汉代,引礼入法理论得到不断发展,并大量运用于法律实践,呈现出法律的儒学化和礼治的法律化等特征。先教后刑、“原心论罪”、“亲亲得首相匿”和司法官吏的儒生化等构成了汉代引礼入法的主要内容。

Will Obama's My Brother's Keeper and Similar Initiatives Have a Positive Impact on Low-Income Students?

Barack Obama's My Brother's Keeper is designed to narrow persistent gaps that boys and young men of color confront often and to help all young people achieve their potential in college and career. An important part of this initiative is comprehensive mentoring that supports students in schools and in communities. Because ethnic-minority students have extremely low graduation rates in high school and college, an essential question is addressed: Can My Brother's Keeper and similar initiatives with a mentoring component be effective in helping minority students to achieve success in elementary and secondary schools and in college?     

Differential recognition of children's cultural practices in middle primary literacy classrooms

This paper argues that teachers' recognition of children's cultural practices is an important positive step in helping socio‐economically disadvantaged children engage with school literacies. Based on 21 longitudinal case studies of children's literacy development over a 3‐year period, the authors demonstrate that when children's knowledges and practices assembled in home and community spheres are treated as valuable material for school learning, children are more likely to invest in the work of acquiring school literacies. However, they also show that while some children benefit greatly from being allowed to draw on their knowledge of popular culture, sports and the outdoors, other children's interests may be ignored or excluded. Some differences in teachers' valuing of home and community cultures appeared to relate to gender dimensions.
