抗战时期中国共产党的国际交往活动新析

在抗战的特殊背景下,中国共产党曾在敌后根据地等多种场合卓有成效地开展了国际交往活动。其交往的主要内容包括:以毛泽东为首的中国共产党人坦诚地向国际人士表明自己对抗战形势的看法、意见;明确地向国际人士阐述自己对内对外的方针政策;千方百计地与国际社会中的政界、军界要人就重大问题交换意见,达成共识;尽力支持、帮助国际人士在管辖区域内开展反战活动;热情地安排、接待国际人士的采访、调查活动。这些国际交往活动的重大作用在于:一是争取了外援,扩大了国际宣传。二是增进了彼此的了解、信任和友谊,达到了“宣传出去,争取过来”的目的。三是使我们党打开了“半独立”外交工作的新局面,积累了宝贵的外事工作的经验。     

谈非语言表达方式

非语言表达方式是游离于语言之外的一些表达方式和手段 ,它包括身势、表情、触摸、语音、距离等。其重要作用有以下几个方面 :表达思想、传达情感、揭示心理、强调补充、代替语言等     

电子合同的特殊问题及法律对策研究

电子合同快捷、无纸、高效率、低成本的特点,使其成为21世纪电子商务模式下商品交换和流转的基本形式.但电子合同所特有的问题使传统合同法律制度无法完全适用.建立、完善电子合同法律规范体系已成为当务之急.文章分析了电子合同订立中的一些特殊问题并提出了相关的法律对策.     

非语言交际与语言交际

非语言交际具有生物性和社会性等特点，它对语言交际具有补充、否定、重复、替代、调节、强调等作用。非言语言同语言一样，都是文化的一部分。各民族有不同的非语言交际方式。因此，我们要重视非语言交际的作用，积极开展跨文化非语言交际和努力探索这一研究与外语教学之间的密切关系，从而避免由文化障碍研究而导致的误解，成功的实现跨文化交际。     

Using Interaction Content Analysis Instruments to Assess Distance Learning

Summary

Utilizing the full potential of distance education requires an understanding of how the absence of face-to-face communication affects the relationship between teaching behaviors and learning outcomes. Teachers' awareness of how their teaching behaviors change across distance and conventional contexts can assist them in overcoming the limitations of distance learning. This paper describes the development of two content analysis instruments for analyzing teacher-learner interaction patterns in order to enable educators to (a) identify the effect of separation from learners by space and/or time, (b) examine the relationship between interaction patterns and learning outcomes, (c) identify teacher-learner interactions which comprise essential elements of effective distance education, (d) increase the effectiveness of the instructional design, (e) plan more effective staff development programs, and (f) enable decision makers to assess the effectiveness of distance learning programs.     

非语言交际在大学课堂教学中应用初探

课堂教学是师生之间语言交际与非语言交际相互影响、协调统一的过程。根据已有的研究成果和教学实践,就大学课堂教学中非语言交际的作用、应用以及应遵循的基本原则作了初步探讨。大学课堂中非语言交际的内容非常丰富,包括姿态、手势、面部表情等多个方面,是课堂教学的一个重要组成部分,是传递教学信息的重要渠道之一,人们在应用时应遵循服务教学原则、准确适度原则、自然和谐原则和整体配合原则。     

从中西建筑差异透视其文化差异

语言交际作为人类交际的一种重要方式,总是伴随着各种非语言的交际方式,两者相互结合,综合运用,以取得交际的最佳效果。而建筑作为非语言交际中不可忽视的一部分,在不同的文化中有着不同的表现形式,体现着不同的信仰。本文主要对中西方的建筑特点作了比较,进而对造成这些建筑差异的原因进行了简单的分析。     

Reading assessments for students with ASD: a survey of summative reading assessments used in special educational schools in the UK

Schools have an obligation to assess the literacy skills of their students, and the provision of reading instruction to students includes the ability to measure progress in this area. However, the design of reading tests includes the ability not only to read words, but also the ability to verbalise them. This presents a particular challenge for practitioners working with students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) who can be nonverbal in many cases. How this issue is generally overcome is currently unknown. A survey was developed, in the form of an online multiple‐choice questionnaire, in order to determine which tests are currently being used in the UK to assess the reading abilities of nonverbal students, and to examine the opinions of the education practitioners who use them, in relation to their suitability. Using the schools web directory, e‐mail invitations were sent to 1,050 special educational needs schools across the UK, and 70 schools responded to the invitation. Respondents suggested that the majority of practitioners hold little faith in the ability of current reading assessments to provide an accurate picture of reading ability for students with ASD, and this holds particularly true for nonverbal pupils with ASD. One purpose of education assessment is to establish a baseline of students’ ability in order to plan for lifelong learning and achievement. If there is an inability on the part of schools accurately to assess the reading abilities of nonverbal students with ASD, then it would be fair to assume that this could have a negative impact on the provision of learning opportunities for this population.     

对休闲体育促进人际和谐机制的研究

党的16届4中全会的《决定》提出了“建构社会主义和谐社会”的重要论断,其中人际关系的和谐是其基本特征之一。“在信息社会中,高科技必然会引起高情感,而高情感又必然会引起人们对‘交往’的需求”。“后工业社会的主要矛盾是人际关系,它是1个物质财富匮乏问题基本解决的富裕社会如何通告各种信息媒介达成人际的交往、沟通和共识”。可见,和谐的人际关系对于现代社会人的发展有着非常重要的意义。而作为享受和发展自我,防止人类异化的休闲体育活动,以其交往的单纯性、规范性、频繁性、直接性等为人际关系的和谐搭建了1个良好的平台。     

跨文化交际中的沉默行为研究

沉默行为广泛存在于跨文化交际中,然而它的含义在不同文化中因各民族文化深层结构的不同存在千差万别。要使跨文化交际顺利进行,必须研究沉默行为的文化属性,理解其确切含义。
