在线式全视场红外测温技术的研究与应用

电力系统中的高压设备是变电站安全运转的重要因素,温度过高等故障会严重危害变电站及高压设备的正常运行。对在线式全视场红外测温技术进行了研究,采用光机式高速红外测温扫描仪并结合分析软件,分析高压设备的实时图像,实现了对高压设备表面温度进行精确的定位和检测,从而提高巡检人员的工作效率,预防高压设备的损坏。     

面向MOOC的高校微课资源网站建设探讨

大规模在线开放课程(MOOC)是近年来在线教育领域出现的新型课程模式,它让学习者自己掌握学习主动权,自主探究,真正体现了以学习者为中心的教学理念。微课资源,作为教育资源建设和应用上的一种新形式,近年来也越来越受到教育者的关注和研究。针对当前微课资源网站仍侧重于视频的点播和资料的下载,缺乏交互性和开放性等缺陷,提出微课网站的建设应吸收先进的MOOC课程建设理念,并从网站的功能设计和技术架构等方面探讨面向MOOC的微课资源网站的建设路径。     

基于网络计量学的网络课程评价方法研究

目前,对现有网络课程质量的评价多以问卷调查、访谈法、专家法等方式进行,但由于数据本身或获取的途径存在主观因素,因而难以准确、客观衡量学习者在网络课程中的学习绩效,其他评价方法(如,模糊评价、层次评价等)不易掌握,难以推广。然而,以客观数据作为量化依据的网络计量方法,为评价网络课提供了解决问题的新视角。基于此,首先在对现有网络课程评价中存在的问题进行分析之后,介绍了网络计量方法及常用工具;然后探讨运用网络计量方法评价网络课程的可行性,提出网络课程评价应以学习者学习绩效测量为核心;最后,初步构建基于网络计量方法的网络课程评价指标体系,该指标体系对视频公开课和MOOCs评价也具有借鉴意义。     

Online field experiments

ABSTRACT

Changes in information communication technology across the Asian region have altered our field substantively and methodologically. The rapid growth of digitized communications allows us to find new purchase in examining questions fundamental to our understanding of communication theories, norms, and practices across Asia. While methods such as text mining and user analytics are increasingly popular among computational scholars, here, we focus on online field experiments, an approach to studying communication that has the potential to overcome many existing obstacles to social scientific inquiry but one that has been used relatively rarely in Asia. In this paper, we discuss what online field experiments are and how they differ from traditional experiments as well as online lab and survey experiments. We show how researchers can go about designing and implementing online field experiments, focusing on issues where online field experiments differ from their traditional counterparts – legal and ethical considerations, construct validity, randomization and spillover, and statistical analyses. Finally we discuss how online field experiments can advance our understanding of communication in Asia by helping researchers to gain insight and make causal inferences on attitudes, behaviors, and interactions that were previously unobservable ?.     

当前中国科技期刊网刊的合法性探讨

随着互联网的发展与普及,我国科技期刊的纸质版产品逐渐丧失了主导地位,各种形态的数字化期刊包括科技期刊的网刊,因其即时与便捷的获取及检索特性获得飞速发展;然而,目前科技期刊网刊的出版并不十分规范,绝大部分期刊的网刊缺乏法律支撑,因此,文章就我国当前科技期刊网刊的合法性进行探讨,并对网刊的法律地位,违法网刊可能导致的后果以及如何获得网络出版服务许可证等问题进行分析,以期引起整个行业的重视,并为科技期刊网刊的规范化发展提供参考。     

Bridging the Gap: Information Literacy and Learning in Online Undergraduate Courses

This study explores how libraries can enhance information literacy in online undergraduate courses at Purdue University, a large Midwestern research university. The article investigates undergraduate students’ perception of the importance and their awareness of libraries’ services for online learning, challenges of using information to complete course assignments, and the ability to gather and evaluate information to complete online coursework. The findings contribute to four aspects of the Libraries’ programmatic efforts to support undergraduate students taking online courses. These include showing a need for IL, helping students stay connected to resources and support, pedagogic strategies, and strategically targeting courses.

远程教育在全球范围内的“摸着石头过河”,产生了许多新模式、新概念,现予以阶段性小结,从M OOC中归纳出“在线教育”项目的运作规律,可分述为五个条件：1．品牌效应为项目成功运作的充分非必要条件;2．“强交互”的在线教学平台技术为项目成功运作的必要条件;3．“教者在线”的线上教学是项目成功运作的充分必要条件;4．配套的线下学习支持服务是项目成功运作的充分条件;5．有效的考核发证是项目可持续发展的必要非充分条件。     

论教师在大学英语混合式学习中的主导作用

随着教育信息化的发展,混合式学习模式开始广泛应用教育教学中。混合式模式作为新型学习模式,对教师的素质和能力提出了更高的要求。教师需要在教学组织过程中发挥引导,启发,监督教学过程的主导作用。本文将通过对混合式学习模式理论的探讨,对教师在大学英语混合式学习模式的主导作用进行分析。     

The Authored Voice: Emerging approaches to exegesis design in creative practice PhDs

Abstract

In 2004, Robert Nelson noted in creative, practice-led research degrees that the exegesis had been reconceptualised as a cultural contribution to scholarship. He suggested that the challenge this posed was the need for writing to interface effectively with the nature and calibre of the creative work. A decade on from his observation, this article employs a case study to discuss emerging approaches to the exegesis in the work of graphic design doctoral candidates at AUT University in New Zealand. Accepting the multi-perspectival and multi-voiced nature of the practice-led exegesis writer, it discusses approaches to both structure and presentation. In so doing, it also considers specific issues, including negotiated relationships between the role and the nature of the designer’s voice, systems of narration, and issues impacting upon both digital and print formats.
