景区家庭旅馆服务质量分析——基于艺龙网的网友评论

家庭旅馆的服务质量评价与提高是家庭旅馆管理的重要内容。文章选取全国20个景区的100家家庭旅馆的艺龙网评论为样本,运用文本分析法对每家家庭旅馆的网友评价进行分类和评分,最后运用SPSS软件对评分结果加以统计和分析。研究结果表明,顾客对家庭旅馆的总体满意度高,家庭旅馆顾客对于旅馆地理环境、客房睡眠环境、旅馆卫生状况、服务人员态度和效率等因素非常重视。     

高职学生网络政治参与现状分析及对策选择

宁波作为沿海发达城市,信息流通频率高,信息量大并且错综复杂,大学生群体对信息的接受能力较强,是网络政治参与的主体之一。通过对宁波高职学生网上政治参与现状的调查,分析高职学生网上政治参与的特点,找出高职学生网络政治参与中存在的问题,引导当代大学生的网络政治参与朝着积极、健康的方向发展,加速其政治社会化进程。

Socio-emotional connections: identity,belonging and learning in online interactions. A literature review

This review focuses on three interconnected socio-emotional aspects of online learning: interaction, sense of community and identity formation. In the intangible social space of the virtual classroom, students come together to learn through dialogic, often asynchronous, exchanges. This creates distinctive learning environments where learning goals, interpersonal relationships and emotions are no less important because of their ‘virtualness’, and for which traditional face-to-face pedagogies are not neatly transferrable. The literature reveals consistent connections between interaction and sense of community. Yet identity, which plausibly and naturally emerges from any social interaction, is much less explored in online learning. While it is widely acknowledged that interaction increases the potential for knowledge-building, the literature indicates that this will be enhanced when opportunities encouraging students’ emergent identities are embedded into the curriculum. To encourage informed teaching strategies this review seeks to raise awareness and stimulate further exploration into a currently under-researched facet of online learning.     

Greeting You Online: Selecting Web-Based Conferencing Tools for Instruction in E-Learning Mode

Academic distance learning programs have gained popularity and added to the demand for online library services. Librarians are now conducting instruction for distance learning students beyond their traditional work. Technology advancements have enhanced the delivery mode in distance learning across academic disciplines. Online conference tools originally designed for commercial use are now Web-based conferencing tools allowing librarians to be innovative in their service delivery, disregarding proximity barriers. This article talks about selection criteria and important features to consider when selecting e-learning instruction software. Suggestions of some free Web-based conferencing tools are provided.     

基于动态网络分析(DNA)的意见领袖识别研究

在舆论的形成过程中,意见领袖起着重要的推动作用,甚至可以影响舆论的走向。目前已有的意见领袖相关研究多为基于社会网络分析的识别方法研究,未能对识别出的意见领袖根据不同特点、功能、地位等进行阐述划分。本文针对已有研究现状,首次将动态网络分析法应用到网络意见领袖的识别研究中,详细介绍了网络舆论动态网络元矩阵和各个子网络层的建立,并应用相关测度指标识别出网络舆论中的六类不同特点意见领袖:焦点人物、传播人物、活跃人物、潜在活跃人物、讨论帖独占人物和关键词独占人物。最后通过实例应用,证明动态网络分析法在意见领袖识别研究中具有可靠性和创新性。     

路由交换数据在线时间复杂度预测链路漏洞检测

路由交换数据在线时间复杂度根本上制约Web服务器跨站脚本链路漏洞检测性能,影响网络安全,传统的链路漏洞检测算法采用链路信息流自相关波束形成算法,当交换数据出现动态污点时,漏洞检测效果不好。提出一种基于路由交换数据在线时间复杂度预测的链路漏洞检测算法,基于污点数据传播模型,进行漏洞对象分布式阵元域分析,采用路由交换数据的在线时间预测,对动态污点数据在传播全程标记、监控,HTML页面中的链路漏洞信息流通过旋转矢量特征约束处理,对漏洞网页进行爬取分析,最后构建模型DOM-XSScaner模型实现链路漏洞检测。实验结果表明,采用该算法实现对预测链路安全分析和漏洞检测,检测效率具有较大的提高,准确性、覆盖率有所改进,在信息安全中有较高应用价值。

微课即微课程,是微型视频网络教程的简称,具有内容微、精炼简洁、形式微、易于传播、可扩充性强等特点。基于微课在国内外的应用情况,探讨了微课在图书馆的应用,指出微课应用于图书馆应注意方便易用、选题、资源开放性的问题。
