积极开展与“一带一路”共建国家的气候合作,对实现共建国家低碳转型和高质量发展有着重要的现实意义。文章利用“一带一路”能源经济模型(CGEM-BRI),模拟了不同典型浓度路径(RCP)和不同配额分配方式下“一带一路”共建国家的低碳转型路径,分析了共建国家低碳转型潜在的资金、能力建设和管理制度需求,给出了中国与共建国家开展气候合作的建议。研究发现,为实现2100年全球1.5℃温控目标,到2050年“一带一路”共建国家整体可再生能源占一次能源消费总量比重至少要达到65%;共建国家实现国家自主贡献(NDCs)中的低碳发展目标保守估计需要19.2万亿美元,且不同国家资金需求领域有着较大差异。为满足“一带一路”共建国家低碳转型的需求,中国需要加快气候合作战略与经济转型及国际化战略的深度对接;发挥中国在新能源领域的比较优势,助力共建国家能源低碳转型进程;推动中国气候变化南南合作基金的加速落实,促进“一带一路”绿色投融资合作;加强气候合作的能力建设,分享碳市场建设的经验,推动建立广泛参与、各尽所能、务实有效、合作共赢的全球气候治理体系。 相似文献

Most incarcerated women suffer from adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), such as abuse (e.g., physical, sexual, emotional), neglect, (e.g., physical, emotional), and chaotic home environments (e.g., witnessing domestic violence), and adult intimate partner violence (IPV). Yet the majority of research on the relationship between ACEs and IPV has been limited to non-incarcerated populations. Using data from a stratified random sample of all incarcerated women in Oklahoma (n = 355), we explore the relationships between individual, cumulative, and clusters of ACEs as they relate to multiple forms of IPV in adulthood utilizing a feminist life course theory approach. Our findings indicate that individual ACEs, high accumulation of ACEs (five or more), and clusters of ACEs are linked to simple assault, aggravated assault, sexual abuse, and psychological abuse in adult intimate relationships in the pre-prison lives of women prisoners suggesting strong support for the use of a feminist life course theory approach in understanding these relationships. 相似文献

Despite progress in science and technology and the economic prosperity achieved by numerous countries over the past century, contemporary global capitalism has left us with severe grand challenges for the future including rising inequality, global warming, modern slavery, child labor and several other human rights struggles. How can we fix them? For many years, scholars and policy makers alike have believed that economic growth (fueled by innovation) would fix institutional failures and lift people out of human misery. We now know that this story creaks. I would suggest that the current grand challenges are related in a non-trivial way to companies’ wrongful business conduct, especially that of large multinational corporations which have grown to rival governments in size, and have proven to be powerful agents capable of shaping the global governance agenda. I challenge technological determinism and ‘transformative change’ frameworks by arguing that the regulation of global capitalism needs to put powerful private actors at center stage since neglecting them will give rise to yet another generation of dysfunctional development and innovation policies. 相似文献

The twin challenges of inactivity and the 2012 Olympics have tightened the focus in UK sport promotion. However, the twin track approach which treats these challenges as distinct concerns may limit the efficacy of interventions in either area. We propose that a continuum between participation, performance sport and elite achievement represents the most efficacious and logical focus for practitioners and researchers alike. We explore the genesis of this, and other problematic features through critical consideration of key theories. Finally, we propose a multidimensional approach to lifelong sport and activity participation as a theoretically justified basis for research and intervention design. 相似文献

AbstractThe relative age effect (RAE), whereby earlier birthdate children within a selection year are more commonly selected as talented, has been highlighted in the literature. As a consequence, these young athletes get into specialised training earlier and in greater numbers, leading (it is suggested) to a disproportionate opportunity for success. However, this disproportionality seems not to be manifest in senior teams. Accordingly, we examine the identification and conversion rates for academy rugby players, examining a sample of all players passing into and either graduating, or being dismissed from, a major English rugby academy. Data demonstrated a reversal of the RAE “benefit”, whereby late-birth players were less likely to be selected, but more likely to achieve senior professional status. Possible reasons are explored and, on the basis of our data, we propose a psychologically based explanation of greater “growth” due to additional challenge experienced by these initially disadvantaged younger players. 相似文献
