全民阅读工程亟需“独立书评人”

[目的/意义]中国缺乏独立书评人制度,缺乏对书评人职业操守的制约.针对当前我国某些书评人职业道德遭到诟病的问题,提议构建一个全新的"独立书评人"制度,形成一种规范有序的对书籍进行价值判断和评论的文化行为,以此助推全民阅读活动可持续发展.[方法/过程]列举书评人遭遇的诚信危机和职业困境现象,指出书评人只有珍视自己的话语权,开展客观公正的评价,对读者负责,保持书评的圣洁,书评写作才会重新赢得应有的社会地位与尊严.[结果/结论]提出社会不应让书评人遭遇更多的尴尬,针对书评人不应被边缘化、全民阅读呼唤独立书评人、建立媒体签约书评人制度、规范书评人的职业道德、打造独立书评人的品牌等问题展开论述,确信独立书评人会为推动全民阅读带来许多正能量.     

从教师视角谈开放教育视频资源质量评价

指出了开放教育视频教学资源存在的问题,从教学设计、教学内容、教学情境、教学策略、教学艺术评价五个方面,分析了同行专家对视频资源“质”的评价,给出了学生评价的方法。     

企业创新激励：来自同群效应的解释

本文利用沪深A股上市公司数据,从研发投入角度实证检验了同群效应对企业创新行为的影响。研究发现：其一,我国上市公司创新决策受到同群企业决策的显著影响,且同群企业平均研发强度对企业研发投入具有正向激励作用。其二,创新行为的同群效应在不同市场结构和相对市场地位下存在异质性,表现为处在竞争型市场结构以及市场地位较低的企业其研发投入的同群效应更显著。本文研究结论有助于更好地理解企业创新行为的外在驱动力,并为激发企业创新提供有益思路。     

The Development of a Scale on Assessing Peer Mentoring at the College Level

The purpose of my study was to develop and validate a scale to assess peer mentoring practices that aim to enhance learning. In the development process, 4 focus group interviews were conducted with 10 mentors and 12 mentees who participated in 8 weeks of peer mentoring. In addition to the literature, the findings from interviews were used to develop items. The 11-item form was administered to 126 college students. After the confirmatory factor analysis, the scale took on its final form with 10 items in 3 factors as Contribution to Mentee, Mentor Characteristics, and Peer Relationships. The results of confirmatory analysis were: GFI .92, CFI .99, NNFI .98, RMSEA .080, and Cronbach α coefficient was found to be .954.     

Setting up an Email Peer Support Scheme

This article opens with a review of current research on peer interventions and their capacity to impact on school climate and bystander behaviour, as well as to meet the aims of fostering altruism. The main focus of the article is a study of an email support group in an all-boys school in the United Kingdom. It was set up in response to an incident of physical bullying and after consultation it was found that email was the preferred mode of support. The article discusses the reasons for this and presents details of how the support system was set up and operated, and reports the outcomes. The authors conclude that email provides a good medium for peer support schemes in schools, as it increases anonymity, and reduces concerns about 'grassing'.     

Pause, prompt and praise – peer tutored reading for pupils with learning difficulties

Eila Burns undertook the enquiry that is the subject of this article while studying for her MEd degree at the University of Birmingham. She is now a lecturer in teacher education at Jyvaskyla University of Applied Sciences in Finland. The project she describes here aimed to assess the effectiveness of peer tutoring and the advantages of the structured 'pause, prompt and praise' reading method in improving reading skills among pupils working in Key Stage 4. Action research was undertaken in a secondary level special school catering for pupils with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) in order to explore the benefits of establishing such interventions within special school environment.
The pause, prompt and praise reading sessions were conducted at the beginning of lessons, employing same-age peer tutors and using subject-based texts. The findings reveal that, after a slow start, the tutees' rates of self-correction began to rise, indicating improvements in reading skills. Eila Burns also reports growing skills and confidence in the tutors, suggesting benefits for all involved in the peer tutoring process. She describes, in detail, interesting differences between outcomes for the different tutor-tutee pairings in her work and proposes a number of ways in which her small-scale enquiry could be taken forward. The implications of this study are, however, very encouraging for practitioners considering the use of peer tutoring in their own environments.

高校中层领导在组织内是一个特殊的群体，在管理工作中处于重要地住，因此，中层领导之间协调与否关系到高校管理工作的顺利实现。文章试图依据管理的一般原理，并结合管理实践，对高校中层领导的同级协调作一些探索，以期为高校管理工作提供一些有益的借鉴。

论文的题名和关键词能够反映论文的研究方向，以此为线索从影响较大的刊物上频频发表论文的作者中寻找审稿人，并将这些正在全力投入科学研究并对自己研究领域的研究现状和发展趋势了如指掌的人“猎人”审稿人数据库，然后根据审稿人的论文题名和关键词中选出的特征词与待审论言语的相应特征词相同或接近与否决定审稿人。     

Peer to peer support: the disappearing work in the doctoral student experience

This paper reflects on the importance of study groups in contributing to a positive postgraduate experience and explores specific concepts, such as ‘disappearing behaviours’ in contrasting the ‘official’ languages of universities with the beneficial behaviours found through study groups. Additionally the paper advocates the systematic inclusion of strategies such as study groups in the postgraduate experience. Funding arrangements and research frameworks for higher education in Australia focus on student progress and completion, as well as comparison of research quality within and between universities. As a result, there is a significant emphasis on timely completion of postgraduate degrees. This paper posits that there is an apparent contradiction between the indicators of success in this area, such as completion rates and annual progress reports and the positive contribution that study groups can make to the doctoral student experience.
