《鬼谷子》论略

鬼谷子是战国时代纵横家的鼻祖 ,他的游说理论重在论述主体的修养与技巧和对客体的充分认知 ,即巧用德、才、知以系人心 ,并通过见类、得情之法 ,以御人之志。对此“无义战”时代的异果 ,我们务必辩证视之 ,弃芜取精 ,把握其内在规律 ,方可望转化为今人之智慧、才干而服务于市场经济时代 ,在对外交往、商贸会谈、公关协调等领域发挥其积极作用。     

劝说的艺术

劝说是一门艺术，学问很深，战国时的韩非再三提到一个重点，即“说难”。人与人之间说话难，而借助言语沟通政治上的理念就更为困难。一言可以兴邦，一言也可以亡国，历史上这样的事情真是不胜枚举。

Persuasive Advocacy

Librarians need to consider a new approach in order to build more effective advocacy efforts. Building upon the principles developed by Robert Cialdini, a noted social psychologist, the authors suggest that there are six tendencies of human behavior that will positively impact compliance with a request: liking, reciprocity, social proof, authority, consistency and scarcity. In the end, relationships that are built over time are what matter as far as funding decision makers are concerned.     

Meta-analytic evidence for the persuasive effect of narratives on beliefs,attitudes, intentions,and behaviors

Although narratives are often credited with the capacity to change opinions, empirical tests of this prediction have produced mixed results. To provide a more precise test of narrative's effect on beliefs, attitudes, intentions, and behaviors, we performed meta-analyses on studies that evaluated narrative's persuasive influence on these outcomes. Results suggested positive relationships between exposure to a narrative and narrative-consistent beliefs (k?=?37; N?=?7,376; r?=?.17), attitudes (k?=?40; N?=?7,132; r?=?.19), intentions (k?=?28; N?=?5,211; r?=?.17), and behaviors (k?=?5; N?=?978; r?=?.23). Moderator analyses on the effect of fictionality yielded mixed results. Neither medium of presentation nor research design influenced the magnitude of the narrative-persuasion relationship. However, results suggested the presence of unidentified moderators.

逆反心理已经成为当代大学生思想政治教育研究中较为重视的心理现象;形成大学生逆反心理的原因是多方面的,既有大学生自身身心发展的因素,也有社会环境的因素,还有高校思想政治教育工作方法的因素。本文试图探寻大学生逆反心理的成因及正确对其有效的疏导方法,以提高高校思想政治教育的效果,帮助大学生消除逆反心理的负面影响。

从中国古代说服理论的视角,以《战国策》内容为例,研究说服成功的策略选择,认为说服成功主要是以严密的逻辑思维作支撑,而说服内容的针对性是说服成功的重要根据,说服方法的灵活得体是说服成功的保证。

进入大学是人生一次重要转折,大学新生在这一转变过程中在学习适应、人际适应、生活适应、心理适应、环境适应等方面产生诸多困难和问题。对此,教育工作者应加强指导,培养他们的交往能力,开展心理辅导,学会自我调适,帮助新生尽快适应大学学习,走好大学生活第一步。     

The Impact of Narratives on Attitudes toward Muslim Immigrants in the U.S.

ABSTRACT

This study examined the impact of narratives on attitudes toward Muslim immigrants in the U.S. Based on a 2 (content: acceptance vs. rejection) × 2 (narrator: Muslim vs. American) plus control condition design, 479 participants read one of five messages. More contact and positive attribution toward Muslim immigrants was associated less threat and exclusion. The American narrator telling a rejection narrative was the most disliked and received little empathy. Overall, narratives describing Muslim immigrants’ experience of rejection were more impactful on participant intention to engage in pro-social behaviours. This study discussed the implications of narratives in bias reduction efforts.
