Non-reference virtual view quality evaluation of MVD

The quality of virtual view based on multi-view video (MVD) plus depth format is often evaluated by PSNR or subjectively judged. However, due to synthesizing arbitrary view images, the virtual view images mostly have no reference images and are only assessed using non-reference. Virtual view images synthesized by depth estimation reference software (DERS) and view synthesis reference software (VSRS) often accompanied with blockiness and other distortions on the edge. In addition, matching level for the depth map and the corresponding texture maps of left and right views also affects the quality of the virtual view. This paper compares the edge similarity of the depth and the corresponding texture maps which generate the intermediate virtual view and combined with the virtual view’s blockiness which causing blur to evaluate the quality of the virtual view. Experiment results show that the proposed method can reflect the quality of the virtual view better.

Proportional integral plus multi-frequency resonant current controller for grid-connected voltage source converter under imbalanced and distorted supply voltage conditions

This paper proposes a current control scheme for a grid-connected pulse width modulator （PWM） voltage source converter （GC-VSC） under imbalanced and distorted supply voltage conditions. The control scheme is implemented in the positive synchronously rotating reference frame and composed of a single proportional integral （PI） regulator and multi-frequency resonant controllers tuned at the frequencies of 2ω and 6ω, respectively. The experimental results, with the target of eliminating the active power oscillations and current harmonics on a prototype GC-VSC system, validate the feasibility of the proposed current control scheme during supply voltage imbalance and distortion.     

从量词角度看现代汉语名量式合成词问题

由量词构成的名量式合成名词通常有典型与非典型之分。汉语从古至今,领属语、修饰语以及关系小句一律前置于名词中心语,但名量式合成词在词汇结构方面相对较为特殊：中心语（N）＋修饰语（M）。对名量式合成词的认识也分歧较大,名量式合成词的问题的关键在于量词。因此,很有必要从量词角度来对现代汉语名量式合成词问题作以分析。
