远程学习者学习状态探微

远程学习者的学习状态既包括学生从事学习活动前的学习准备状态,也包括学生从事学习活动中的学习心理状态和学习环境状态,还包括学生从事学习活动后的学习达成状态.远程学习者的学习状态具有可变性与相对稳定性、内隐性与外显性、共同性与个体差异性、主动性与被动性、主观性与客观性等特点.这些特点表明远程学习者的学习状态是可调节的,可以从动力结构和支持结构两方面优化学生的学习心理状态和学习环境状态,具体的优化策略有:激发学生的学习热情,增强学习的内动力;充分发挥教师的助学作用;建立有效的学习监控机制等.     

大学生旅游行为特征与市场开发研究——以西安市部分高校的调查为例

大学生旅游行为具有特殊性和多样性特点。该项研究在抽样凋查的基础上,对大学生旅游态度、旅游动机、出游方式、消费构成等旅游行为特征进行分析,并从旅游产品的开发、定价、营销等方面提出了适合大学生实际的对策和建议。     

基于消费行为特征的体验营销策略探讨

体验经济是近年来兴起的一种新的经济发展浪潮。当前经济的发展已经从农业经济、工业经济、服务经济转变到了体验经济时代。体验营销伴随体验经济而产生,是一种为体验所驱动的全新的营销观念和营销模式。通过引入体验经济与体验营销的概念,运用马斯洛需求层次理论及消费行为的相关理论,对体验经济环境下消费行为的特征进行分析和研究,并在此基础上探讨了体验营销的相关策略。     

教师行为与课程文化的重构和诠释

教师作为课程实施的实践者,同时也是课程文化的主体,而课程文化的发展也需要良好的教师行为。本文拟从对教师行为的审视、教师对课程文化的重构与诠释、良好教师行为的形成等几个方面,力图认识教师行为与课程文化间的关系。     

Using Current Literature Selections to Nurture the Development of Kindness in Young Children

Learning to display kindness and compassion for others is a critical and ongoing developmental process and an important part of young children’s evolving social competence (Han and Kemple in Early Child Educ J 34(3):241–246, 2006; Moore in Early Child Educ Today 19(3):36–44, 2004). The capacity to care emanates from physical and psychological caregiving by nurturing others, develops into self-nurturing, and gradually supports the ability to nurture others (McNamee and Mercurio in Early Child Res Pract, , Spring 2007). Literature that highlights and supports secure attachment and positive interaction between young children and their significant adults and highlights kindness serves to build foundations of trust whereby prosocial behaviors such as sharing, helping, comforting, and caring are acknowledged and valued. A rationale, selection criteria, and teaching strategies for using picture books to encourage kindness are presented. Fourteen children’s books are reviewed and recommended.     

Native and nonnative rater behavior in grading Korean students’ English essays

The purpose of the study is to investigate rating behavior between Korean and native English speaking (NES) raters. Five Korean English teachers and five NES teachers graded 420 essays written by Korean college freshmen and completed survey questionnaires. The grading data were analyzed with FACETS program. The results revealed Korean raters’ inferiority in measuring linguistic components. Furthermore, the Korean raters were more severe in scoring grammar, sentence structure, and organization, whereas the NES raters were stricter toward content and overall scores. In addition, the analysis of the raters’ responses on survey discovered that the NNS raters’ perception spread into content and grammar as the most difficult feature to grade, while all NES raters thought content as the most difficult. Based on these research findings, future research suggestions and implications are discussed.

浅论和谐社会的经济理论基础

经济和谐是和谐社会的本质,是决定和谐社会存在和发展的现实性因素。传统的经济理论建立在理性经济人假设之上,不能够有效地为和谐社会的构建提供现实性的理论支持。现代经济学强调了人的利他性思想,将互惠性偏好纳入经济学的研究框架,真实地反映了现代经济发展的本质特征,从而为和谐社会的构建提供了科学的理论基础。     

我国流通产业组织问题分析

我国流通产业的市场结构尚不够完善,流通企业的规模偏小,市场集中度偏低,进入与退出壁垒不平衡,导致我国流通企业的市场行为还存在诸多不规范的方面,由此造成了其市场绩效不高的结果。为此,需要制定相应的组织对策来改善流通业的市场结构,从而规范其行为,提高其市场绩效。
