基层电大教师专业发展:问题及化解

现代远程开放教育以新型的教育模式对电大教师提出了更新、更高的要求,但目前基层电大在教师专业发展问题上,不管是学校层面,还是教师自身层面,都存在不容忽视的问题,必须采取针对性措施进行有效的化解,使基层电大教师在专业知识和能力上得到全面提升,以承担起现代远程开放教育新的教育模式所赋予的全新角色和全新任务。     

学习领域：德国职教改革的新课题

学习领域是20世纪90年代德国职教界根据新时期行业和企业对技术应用型人才提出的新要求所进行的综合性教学改革。它强调以职业行为为基础、以能力培养为主线制订教育计划。教学过程中注重学生学习能力的培养和学习主动性的发挥,主张以突出实践性为特征的整体性学习代替传统的学科学习。     

甘肃省农村幼儿教师基本状况的调查与分析

以实地考察结果和问卷资料分析为依据，展示了甘肃省农村幼儿教师队伍的基本状况。文章认为，目前甘肃农村幼儿教师的基本状况有以下四个显著特点：教师队伍年轻化趋势明显；职称评定不规范而且尚未普及；工资待遇低，教师流动性大；学历达标率高，专业对口率低。这些特点对幼儿教师专业成长造成了一定影响。     

The Professional Education of Teachers

Teachers, unlike their counterparts in other professions such as doctors and lawyers, lack professional control over their profession. This paper examines how this has come about in the United Kingdom by identifying the problems in seeing teaching as a profession and explains why the professional development of teachers should be a central concern of universities. Many parallels can be drawn with problems highlighted in this paper and those encountered elsewhere.

在全面实施素质教育,深化教育改革的今天,师德建设应批判地继承和发扬中华传统师德,古为今用,从而更好地创造出具有深厚民族底蕴的社会主义新师德。

本文认为培养适应新世纪人才竞争挑战的高素质的专门艺术人才，专业艺术教育应重品德，重基础，重学养，重个性教育。     

论英国合格教师专业标准与教师职前培训要求

英国教师标准局和英国师资培训署在2002年6月共同颁布了《英国合格教师专业标准与教师职前培训要求,》旨在提高教师的专业标准,提升教育质量。其内容主要包括两方面:一是教育大臣标准,这是受训教师在获得合格教师资格之前必须要达到的标准;二是对教师职前培训的提供者和教师资格授权人的要求。我国新一轮的基础教育课程改革需要一批高素质的教师,势必在教师标准和教师培训方面提出新的要求,英国的这项标准给我们提供了很好的借鉴。     

Early career teachers’ sense of professional agency in the classroom: associations with turnover intentions and perceived inadequacy in teacher–student interaction

Teachers’ capacity to learn intentionally and responsively in the classroom is particularly vulnerable during the first years in the profession. This study investigated the interrelations between early career teachers’ turnover intentions, perceived inadequacy in teacher–student interaction, and sense of professional agency in the classroom. The survey data were collected from 284 in-service teachers with not more than 5 years of experience and analysed by structural equation modelling (SEM). The results showed that the negative relation between turnover intentions and early career teachers’ sense of professional agency was completely mediated by perceived inadequacy in teacher–student interaction. The results indicate that experiences of insufficient abilities to solve pedagogically and socially challenging student situations have a crucial effect on early career teacher’s capacity for adaptive reflection and active transformation of instruction.     

The professional developmental needs of higher education-based teacher educators: an international comparative needs analysis

A universal lack of attention to the professional learning needs of teacher educators is the driver for this study, which considers the most effective ways to support the professional learning of higher education-based teacher educators. At a time when many industrialised countries are engaged in systemic educational reform, this study provides an international and comparative needs analysis through a survey of 1158 higher education-based teacher educators in the countries participating in the International Forum for Teacher Educator Development: Belgium, Ireland, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway and the UK. Our results suggest that while teacher educators are only moderately satisfied with their professional development experiences, a strong desire exists for further professional learning. This desire, influenced by their professional context, relates to their current beliefs concerning ‘best practice’ in teacher education, the academic skills required to further their professional careers and knowledge of the curriculum associated with their fields of expertise.     

以专业认证导向的生物技术综合实验教学改革

生物技术综合实验是高等学校生命科学类专业一门重要的专业核心课程,对人才培养目标的达成至关重要。华中农业大学以专业认证为契机,对生物技术综合实验课进行持续改进,在实际教学过程中进行了以下方面的教学改革:一是以培养目标为导向,修订教学大纲,优化教学内容;二是改革考核方式与评价方法;三是完善教学设施和师资队伍,提升教学条件。实践证明,这一系列教学改革对完善生物技术综合实验教学内容、提高学生对课程的重视度以及培养学生的科研思维和实验技能具有显著的促进作用,取得了良好的教学效果。
