中国图书在新、马地区的营销策略研究

改革开放后。华文图书产品在新、马有可观的华文市场基础，而新马华文市场的现状又要求中国出版界开发适合这个市场需求的好书，以支持、培育这个市场作为发展目标。新加坡是中西文化交流的战略要地，它也成为中国出版走出国门的战略要地。英语出版物的畅销给我国出版业以启示：在掌控国外的图书情报基础上。进行文化营销。原版概念营销。并发扬海外华人的优势为我国图书出口服务。

我国期刊的出版发行处在发展变化之中，这些变化影响了图书馆期刊管理与利用。期刊工作者必须依据实情，搞好期刊管理服务工作。     

Academics’ views on publishing refereed works: A content analysis

Survey research was carried out with academics (N=205), from a large regional Australian university, to explore their views about publishing or not publishing in refereed sources and their perceived worth of this activity. Several open-ended questions were included in the survey to elicit information about the factors that either encourage or discourage these academics from publishing. Additionally, questions were posed to allow the respondents to discuss ways that the University could further support them in their endeavour to produce at least some or more scholarly publications. The responses to these questions were content analysed to discover key categories and frequencies were calculated on the most salient categories. The results of this analysis are reported and comparisons are made on the responses of male and female academics. The implications of the results for higher educational practice are considered.     

Strategies for Transformational Publish and Read Agreements in North America

Publish and Read agreements between publishers and consortia are leading the way to an open access publishing future. Although these types of agreements are just beginning to be made in North America, it is expected that many universities and consortia will move in this direction in the next few years. Some characteristics of these types of agreements are included along with some of the policies, structural issues and data needs to be successful. The open access publishing program of Cambridge University Press highlights the goal of one press to change their publishing to an open access future.     

预约定价安排制度中信息的披露与保密

自1998年来,预约定价安排在我国立法和实践中都有了很大的发展,但是在申请方式、申请人的披露义务、税务机关的保密义务及信息公开义务等方面仍有改进的空间。把握好信息披露与保密的平衡点,进一步明确申请人与税务机关的责任,加强国际税务信息交流,将预付定价信息公开常规化,将有利于完善我国的预约定价安排制度。     

Journals on Information Literacy: Citation Analysis and Social Impact Metrics

ABSTRACT

Library and information science as a discipline is undergoing rapid and extensive change, driven particularly by new areas of research. Citation analysis and information literacy are widely researched and have a rich background of growth. Publish or Perish, Buzzsumo.com, altmetrics.com, and textalyser.net have been used to analyze all metrics associated with citation analysis, social networking, and keyword analysis.

The hypothesis of this study is: “There is no significant difference in the citation pattern of the three prominent citation journals: Journal of Information Literacy, Communications in Information Literacy and Nordic Journal of Information Literacy in Higher Education”.

The hypotheses of the study were tested by assessment of the degree to which each of the journals met set of objective criteria. 697 papers from the three journals were analyzed and the results showed that the citation metrics of the Journal of Information Literacy had the highest correspondence with the criteria. The information linked to the Journals of Information Literacy was moderately posted on social networking sites (SNS) and the highest frequency of the keywords: “Information”; “Information literacy”; and “Information literacy instruction” were found in one, two and three-word searches. Some recommendations have also been offered to improve SNS presence and for further research in this field.

1949年以前出版的中文连续出版物的信息整合工作主要有以下4个方面的内容:1.文献的界定与普查。将影印版与实际出版的文献分开,主要是对实际出版的文献进行信息资源整合。2.文献资源的清理和保护。要集中收藏、集中管理。3.文献信息资源的搜集。用工作单的形式按种进行登记,将出版信息及其它文献特征进行排查和搜集。4.文献信息资源的整合与著录。按照《GB3792.3—85连续出版物著录规则》和CNMARC的制作标准进行整合与著录。
