山西省科技人员健身意识、行为及效果的研究

对山西省部分科技院所科技人员的健身意识、行为及体育锻炼效果进行了调查研究。结果表明,科技人员虽然有着较为明确的健身意识,但是缺乏科学锻炼身体的知识,健身锻炼效果在体质方面没有得到显著的改善,而在心理状况方面经常锻炼者优于非锻炼者。     

我国体科所科研队伍发展状况调查与分析

采用问卷调查法对我国体科所科研队伍的发展与体育运动实践相结合的情况以及与人事制度改革相关联的情况进行了调查与分析。要促进体科所科研队伍的健康发展,就必须使这支队伍的发展与体育运动实践紧密结合,并与人事制度改革的精神相适应。     

论"教师即研究者"

教师的研究主要是指教师通过对自身教育教学行为的自我观察与反思,以改进自己的教育教学实践为目的的研究,它是置身于教育教学之中的研究、改进教育教学的研究。"教师即研究者"有三方面的內涵:反思是其起点,问题的求证是其本质,教育意义的实现是其旨趣所在。     

White on White: Researcher Reflexivity and the Logics of Privilege in White Schools Undertaking Reform

I use this paper to reexamine my role as a White researcher on a multi-racial research team. I reanalyze data I collected during an evaluation project to reveal how I avoided seeing race in the schools I visited and how I dodged discussions of race with members of those school communities. By analyzing my own discursive practice, I introduce a series of logics enacted through a variety of strategies that I used to manage race talk. The purpose of this paper is two-fold: (1) an analysis of the strategies I used to sustain White privilege and (2) an examination of the logics of those strategies in order to understand the power they have in reproducing inequity. Only by understanding the self-perpetuating nature of White privilege will we be able to begin to dismantle it. Jenny Gordon is an assistant professor in the Division of Education, School of Education and Human Development at Binghamton University. She teaches foundations courses for elementary education and courses on qualitative research methods. Her scholarly work includes articles on methodological issues pertaining to qualitative research methods and narratives on the impact of race on research and teaching.     

中国博士后制度的现状与创新

中国博士后制度已粗具规模 ,在高层次人才培养、吸引留学人员回国工作、促进学术交流与发展和优化高级人才资源配置等方面发挥了积极作用。但现行博士后制度在运行中出现了诸如管理模式计划色彩浓厚、在站管理不规范、定位认识不统一、研究经费与生活经费偏低等问题。因此 ,必须对现行的博士后制度进行改革与创新 ,并建议采取建立混合模式、分类招收分类管理、集中资助、生活安排市场化等措施创新中国博士后制度     

从提高科研申报材料质量入手加强科研人员的敬业精神建设

科研申报材料是科研工作的载体,也是反映科研人员敬业精神状况的一面“镜子”。探讨了敬业精神的内涵及其具体体现,重点分析了目前科研申报材料存在的主要问题,最后就如何通过强化科研申报材料质量把关,提高科研人员敬业精神提出一些粗浅的建议。     

Researcher development through doctoral training in research integrity

ABSTRACT

The article explores research integrity training for PhD-students as a site of production of academic cultures and researcher development. Based on ethnographies of four courses in research integrity, conducted in four faculties of a large comprehensive Danish university, the article explores the vital role of academic developers, teachers, and course participants in the active translation of institutional, national, and international policies into research practices. We argue that doctoral training in research integrity does not entail the direct implementation of policy and codes from above; rather, it is a site for the development and negotiation of the meaning of research integrity in disciplinary cultures and standards, and, critically, for the responsibilisation of individual researchers in policy enactment. We show how doctoral training has become a key site for the emergence of research integrity as a field. It is also a privileged site for researching contested and multidirectional processes of policy formation and implementation.     

Hauntings of a Korean American woman researcher in the field

In this autoethnography, I inquire into naming the histories and dynamics behind some of the embodied and affective experiences I have had as a Korean American woman of color while studying up/down, across/within, in White-dominant professional spaces such as K-12 schools. This ‘in-between’ status is part of the nature of being Korean American. In this inquiry, I draw on vignettes from my experiences in the field as an ethnographic researcher. These experiences form the heart of the paper in the form of epigraphs and narratives from experiences in multiple studies to capture the reverberations of fleeting moments – hauntings – that have accumulated over time. In doing so, I am joining existing conversations about Korean American women and about researcher reflexivity and positionality, bringing them together across time and space.     

两栖创新生态系统：我国高技术企业快速发展新模式

有效的产学研合作是我国科技体制改革面临的重大问题。文章以清华大学-搜狐搜索技术联合实验室为案例,提出我国高技术企业快速发展的一种新模式——根植于卓越的两栖创新生态系统。这种创新系统技术分工清晰,制度设计精致,追求卓越成为市场与政府之外的第三种驱动创新的力量。提出启动我国创新生态系统建设,推动追求卓越的创新环境建设,加强国家重大科研项目向产学研联合实验室倾斜、树立创新生态系统样板和加大知识产权保护力度的政策建议。     

Who is the newer researcher into higher education? Locating ourselves in shifting terrains

This article aims to deconstruct the underpinning tenets of the term ‘newer researcher into higher education’. In recognition of the ambiguities of the term, we begin by questioning the nature of the field(s) of research into higher education (HE). Secondly, we critique the policy discourses associated with the term ‘newer researcher’. Then, with a view to illustrating the over-linear assumptions of such discourses, the article articulates the biographies of practising researchers in this field through narrative reconstructions of the five authors’ own routes as researchers into HE, openly acknowledging their temporalities and serendipitous conditionalities. Finally, we consider the nature of a career in the context of the professionalisation of routes into HE research. Our concluding remarks return us to the question of the status of HE research and to suggestions of positive ways to embrace the dilemmas we face.
