采用小麦淀粉进行精制,三聚磷酯钠进行磷酸酯化生产无碳复写纸 CB 涂料淀粉间隔基。试验结果表明:当氢氧化钙用量在0.3-0.4%时,蛋白质含量达到0.3%以下;当上层淀粉取样在70-80%时,粒径在15-25μm 范围的达65%左右,大于40μm 粒径小于1%,;当三聚磷酸钠的加入量为4%,尿素2%时其留着率可达0.8%以上。 相似文献

Hyponatremia is a common disorder in elderly and can result in changes in cognition, seizures, coma or even respiratory arrest if not recognised and treated. Syndrome of inappropriate anti diuretic hormone secretion (SIADH) is the most common cause of hyponatremia in elderly hospitalised patients and in most cases the etiology cannot be determined on routine investigations. We present a 76 year old male with symptomatic hyponatremia who had chronic urinary retention due to a urethral stricture. His sodium levels improved with catheterisation and worsened again after the catheter was removed. This supports the hypothesis that urinary retention and bladder distension can stimulate ADH release from the posterior pituitary, producing a picture similar to SIADH. 相似文献

Why do some of adult learners successfully accomplish their learning while the others drop out? This has been an important question in the field of adult learning. For a long time researchers has been exploring this subject around learning barriers as well as motivations. Not until lately did some of adult and distance scholars start to pay attention to the question of why some of the adult students could successfully push through their learning process even if they are in a disadvantaged situation. Thus, Learner Retention has become one of the important themes to discuss in order to understand more about how to assist learners to persist through their learning.
The main purpose of this paper is to explore how adult learners persist through their learning and factors that might have influences on them. Adult teachers and NOU students (including those who already graduated and those who dropped out) were interviewed and surveyed. Concluding from those data and content of interviews, this paper set a model that describes how adult learner retain through their learning process and some suggestions are made for better student learning support policies. 相似文献

The first phase of the experimental investigation in our institute on pressur-ized fluidized bed combustion(PFBC)technology is introduced,and the results of fivetests are presented.The combustion efficiencies were as high as 97% 98% when high ashcontent coal was burnt in PFBC,and the sulphur retention efficiencics were 80%-85%with the Ca/S mole ratios between 1.5-1.8.The particulate content in flue gas at the out-let of high temperature gas clean-up system was 189mg/m~3(normalized).The average di-ameter of particles was 2.5-3μm and the weight fraction of particles with diameter largerthan 10μm was not greater than 3%. 相似文献

Periods of no practice in performing a technical procedure may impact on the retention of the procedural skills required to produce VLE content. This exploratory paper reports a case study into the application of a validated skills retention model, the User Decision Aid (UDA). Use of the UDA results in a series of indicative retention rates predicting how long the procedures required to carry out Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) content production tasks will be remembered. Considerable variability in retention rates for differing VLE content production tasks was indicated. The study reveals that improvement in predicted VLE content production skills retention rates may be observed when a quality job aid is available and the mental processing complexity resulting from conducting VLE tasks is reduced. Outputs from this research can inform the design of VLEs, lead to the development of targeted training for teaching staff, and the better design of effective resources in order to mitigate skills fade in VLE content production tasks. 相似文献

A salient characteristic about the U.S. workforce is the continual process of voluntary employee turnover, which can be problematic
for employers who invest a substantial amount of time and money in recruiting and training employees. This paper discusses
the effects of workplace policies and practices on the voluntary turnover of women administrators in higher education. According
to the results from in-depth interviews with ex-administrators of one Ivy League university, the top three reasons were conflict
with supervisor, inadequate advancement opportunities, and incompatible work schedule. The results from this study revealed
several interesting findings which add to our understanding of the staff turnover process for midlevel administrators in institutions
of higher education. The findings could offer important insight into implementing cost-effective retention programs to help
