论哲学发展的两种表现形式

哲学发展两种表现形式:哲学大众化、通俗化和现实化同哲学专业化、抽象化和理论化。这是客观事物的个性与共性在认识论上的反映,有的哲学家着重从事物的个性方面来阐释哲学理论,有的哲学家则从事物的共性方面来论述哲学问题。无论那一种哲学发展表现形式,都只是片面真理,因而形成了西方哲学史上肯定、否定、否定之否定的发展过程和规律。

发展物联网技术具有重要的战略意义。在物联网产业发展中,政府通过政策行为,可以发挥导向、控制、协调、服务作用。政府既是物联网经济的参与者、管理者,又是主导者,应充分认识物联网经济的特点,采取具体策略推动物联网技术的发展。     

Effects of small water clusters on the growth and microcystin production of Microcystis aeruginosa

Microcystis aeruginosa FACHB 905 was used as a model organism to study the effects of small water clusters(SWCs) on the growth and microcystin(MC) production of toxic cyanobacteria.The results showed that SWCs were able to stimulate the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa,which resulted in increased cell numbers and higher specific growth rates after a 30-d treatment.The cell morphology indicated that Microcystis aeruginosa was in a better state of growth,and it was more prone to divide in SWCs than in normal water clusters.The SWCs treatment up-regulated MC synthesis and exudation in 10 d in Microcystis aeruginosa,and the intra-cellular MC content decreased after the 20th day subsequently.Moreover,the cellular photosynthetic pigment contents were temporarily stimulated by SWCs.A possible reason is that SWCs stimulated the growth by promoting photosynthesis,whereas the increased MC production was relevant to pigment contents.     

乡村小规模学校:现实样态与发展建议 ——基于H省8000余所乡村小规模学校的调查分析

乡村小规模学校是城乡教育质量不均等的"重灾区",是中国教育现代化的"最短板"。就H省的情况来看,乡村小规模学校的发展呈现以下特点:校均规模在进一步缩小,学生人数整体性减少,无人教学点开始大量涌现,优秀教师仍然"下不去"等。这与城镇化进程的整体加快、教师补给的渠道不畅、对城镇优质教育的趋之若鹜等因素有着一定的联系。乡村小规模学校的建设与发展,就国家层面而言,需要有专门性的制度安排和政策设计,精准施策和精准发力;就学校自身而言,需要从外援输血式转向内生造血式发展;从教师层面来看,需定向培养适应小规模学校特殊需求的全科型本土优秀教师。     

Building and Application of the “Relay” Volunteer Teaching Model for Pre-service Teachers under “Internet Plus”

The educational practice of pre-service teachers is an essential part of teacher training. As an important form of educational practice, volunteer teaching can effectively improve the quality of teacher training and bridge the serving of basic education. Upon the literature review on existing volunteer teaching models, this paper develops a teaching community of teachers under “Internet Plus” and the prototype of a “relay” volunteer teaching model towards the integrated design of training undergraduate pre-teachers and improving the educational quality of small rural schools. The sound “relay” volunteer teaching model has been formed upon revisions around checking its completeness, optimizing its operability, and enhancing its stability using the design-based research paradigm according to the research path of “planning-application-reflection-improvement.” The practice has indicated positive effects of the new model in promoting the academic development of students in small rural schools, enhancing the classroom teaching competency of rural teachers, and improving the professionalism of pre-service teachers. The quality and efficiency of the new model can be improved through initiatives such as providing timely and efficient technical support, establishing a favorable and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, adopting guidance with double-qualified instructors for instant companionship, and implementing flexible incentives and restraints.     

基于大数据思维的小微企业风险识别与竞争情报预警机制研究

[研究目的]从大数据思维角度出发,探究小微企业所面临的风险并指导企业开展竞争情报预警工作,从而规避多重风险,提高企业生存率。[研究方法]在大数据思维的指导下重新识别小微企业风险类型并构建指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,并在此基础上构建了竞争情报预警机制。[研究结论]通过组织机制、运行机制、保障机制的协作配合,基于大数据思维的竞争情报预警机制将为小微企业的稳定发展提供保障。     

资产证券化融资技术——中小企业融资新途径

资产证券化仅指狭义的资产的证券转化。指以特定的资产组合或特定的现金流为支持,并发行可交易的证券的融资形式。中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,融资问题一直是发展的软肋,资产证券化融资技术作为创新型的金额工具可以为融资开辟新途径。从资产证券化理论出发,结合我国具体的实际情况,研究中小企业如何利用资产证券化技术拓宽融资渠道。

Application of a new resampling method to SEM: a comparison of S-SMART with the bootstrap

Among the commonly used resampling methods of dealing with small-sample problems, the bootstrap enjoys the widest applications because it often outperforms its counterparts. However, the bootstrap still has limitations when its operations are contemplated. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine an alternative, new resampling method (called S-SMART) and compare the statistical performance of it with that of the bootstrap through an application of them to the most advanced modelling technique, SEM, as an example. The evaluation of the statistical performances of S-SMART and the bootstrap with respect to the standard errors of the parameter estimates was conducted through a Monte Carlo simulation study. This work, while potentially benefiting educational and behavioural research, conceivably would also provide methodological support for other research areas, such as bioinformatics, biology, geosciences, astronomy, and ecology, where large samples are hard to obtain.
