幼儿教育“减负”——基于陶行知“六大解放”思想的思考

陶行知先生于20世纪40年代在其＂生活教育＂理论和丰富实践的基础上,提出了富有建设性的＂六大解放＂教育思想,即解放幼儿的头脑、双手、眼睛、嘴、空间与时间。基于对当今幼儿教育中存在的＂超前教育＂和＂超载教育＂现象的思考,结合＂六大解放＂教育思想的启示,提出幼儿教育＂减负＂的主张。

运动与免疫的关系历年来就是人们关注的一个问题．运动可引起机体免疫系统功能变化，变化趋势因运动的强度、方式和训练水平不同而有差异．大强度运动会抑制机体的免疫系统；相反，适度的有氧运动则能提高机体免疫功能．     

激光涂层在多冲碰撞载荷下的变形与失效研究

In applying impact loads with multishocks to perform shock experiments for laser cladded cobalt-base and nickel-base alloy coats on the surface of mild carbon steel or austenitic stainless steel, it is found that, under an impact force that is 11%-43% of the static yield limit of the material, micro-plastic deformation is generated both in the coat and upper part of the base. Repeated trials will cause cumulated macro-plastic deformation. After a total of 250,000 impacts, relative deformation rates of 2.2% and 8.9% result in the coat and base, respectively. Moreover, there is a rigidification phenomenon both in the coat and upper part of the base. When the coat covers the entire base, under impact loads with multishocks, the final stress is less than that when the base is only partly covered, and the life is longer.There is intense deformative rigidification and material floating effect on the lower part of the edge of the covering coat. Meanwhile, cracks are likely to occur and spread in this part.

电力系统发生事故出现较大的有功功率缺额引起频率下降,预算在不同有功功率缺额、系统不同条件下频率下降的程度及变电站中的自动按频率减负荷装置每级切除的负荷量,一些学者提出了较多、较复杂的计算公式.文章在对负荷的静态特性研究的基础上,提出一种新的简便计算方法,将负荷调节效应公式进行演化,用一基本公式可直接计算多种参数,更易记忆、理解和实现机算.     

Mitigation of Blast Effects on Aluminum Foam Protected Masonry Walls

Terrorist attacks using improvised explosive devices (IED) can result in unreinforced ma-sonry (URM) wall collapse. Protecting URM wall from IED attack is very complicated. An effective solution to mitigate blast effects on URM wall is to retrofit URM walls with metallic foam sheets to absorb blast energy. However, mitigation of blast effects on metallic foam protected URM walls is currently in their infancy in the world. In this paper, numerical models are used to simulate the per-formance of aluminum foam protected URM walls subjected to blast loads. A distinctive model, in which mortar and brick units of masonry are discritized individually, is used to model the perform-ance of masonry and the contact between the masonry and steel face-sheet of aluminum foam is modelled using the interface element model. The aluminum foam is modelled by a nonlinear elas-toplastic material model. The material models for masonry, aluminum foam and interface are then coded into a finite element program LS-DYNA3D to perform the numerical calculations of response and damage of aluminum foam protected URM walls under airblast loads. Discussion is made on the effectiveness of the aluminum foam protected system for URM wall against blast loads.

全年周期准备期中手球运动员训练过程的优化

已有文献表明,在优秀手球运动员全年训练中的某一阶段还缺乏足够证据来说明不同身体负荷之间的关系。为了探讨超级联赛中的手球队在全年训练周期中赛季前不同负荷之间的关系,研究对象为超级联赛的球队,运动员的平均年龄为(20.3±1.7)岁,参与测试选手的运动等级从一级到健将级。一般性和专门性运动能力水平通过教育学和生物医学的方法进行评估。运动能力通过负荷逐渐变化的方式来评估。研究结果揭示了手球运动员训练和比赛活动以及全年训练周期中赛季前负荷量之间的有效性关系。训练负荷适宜的分布应该如下:30%的有氧负荷,43%有氧和无氧负荷,12%无氧乳酸和大约15%的无氧酵解负荷。至于负荷的比率,要慎重考虑一般性和专门性运动能力的变化,这一点应归因于心血管系统和肌肉工作的能量供应系统对练习的适应性改变。
