Initial Validation of the Physical Education Marginalization and Isolation Survey (PE-MAIS)

Qualitative research conducted through occupational socialization theory has documented that physical educators feel marginalized and isolated in schools. We sought to propose and provide initial evidence of validity and reliability for the Physical Education Marginalization and Isolation Survey (PE-MAIS). Physical educators (n = 420) completed an online survey including isolation and marginalization, perceived mattering, and burnout. Data analyses began with exploratory factor analysis, which identified a stable 10-item, 2-factor structure. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to affirm the structure and examine convergent, discriminant, and divergent validity. The model fit was good, χ²(34) = 71.12, p < .001, NNFI = .91, CFI = .94, SRMR = .05, RMSEA = .07 (90% CI [.052, .093], p = .03), and the new measure correlated positively with burnout and negatively with perceived mattering. Invariance analysis indicated that elementary and secondary physical educators interpreted the constructs similarly, and there were no significant differences between the groups.

中学生体育自主学习量表的研制

运用心理测量等方法研制出中学生体育自主学习量表,该量表包含19个条目,由4-个维度构成,即学习动机、学习方法、学习过程和学习结果,其内部一致性系数均在0．72以上,再测信度系数为0．846,具有较高的信度和效度,可以作为评定中学生体育自主学习的有效量具。     

接纳问卷的修订及心理测量学分析

目的:对接纳问卷(AAQ)进行修订及心理测量学分析。方法:经双向互译把英文版AAQ译成中文并适当修改,对166名中学教师施测,采用探索性因子分析对问卷的结构效度进行检验,计算α系数对问卷的内部一致性信度进行检验。结果:中文版接纳问卷包含14个项目,由接纳意愿、一贯性接纳行动和非一贯性接纳行动三个维度(分量表)构成。三个维度对总方差的解释率为53.74%,各维度的项目载荷在0.52～0.81之间。问卷内部一致性信度为0.82,接纳意愿分量表内部一致性信度为0.73,一贯性接纳行动分量表内部一致性信度为0.70,非一贯性接纳行动分量表内部一致性信度为0.76。结论:中文版接纳问卷具有较好的效度和信度。

文化诊断是企业文化建设的基础.对Denison企业文化量表及其应用做了简要评述;用两个不同的样本对其在中国背景下的有效性做了探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,并对其进行了优化;在此基础上,针对其存在的局限性,对其应用模式做了改进,并将经优化的Denison企业文化量表应用于某石油公司的企业文化诊断,且根据诊断结论提出了企业文化建设的具体建议.     

Independent evaluation of Q-Interactive: A paper equivalency comparison using the PPVT-4 with preschoolers

Pearson now uses a technology-based testing platform, Q-Interactive, to administer tests previously available in paper versions. The same norms are used for both versions; Pearson's in-house equivalency studies indicated that both versions are equated. The goal of the current study is to independently evaluate equivalency findings. For the current study, equivalency was measured using the three-part test set forth by American Psychological Association in 1986. First, the researchers examined rank order similarity; then, they examined mean score similarity; and finally, they examined score-distribution similarity. One of these equivalency standards (rank order similarity) was not met, and one other standard is debatable (mean score similarity); therefore, the authors noted concerns about the use of Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test, Fourth Edition Q-Interactive for preschoolers. New normative data should be collected.
