基于钻石模型的河北省新能源汽车产业竞争力探究

河北省新能源汽车产业发展具有相当的优势,生产要素和需求条件良好。各级政府高度重视和支持,企业自身发展战略明晰。具备一定的竞争力。但河北省新能源汽车产业发展也存在着行业规模偏小。集群效应薄弱,产业链不太完整。基础设施配套不足．技术的吸收与创新能力较低等方面的不足。因此．应大力提升产业竞争力,以实现河北省汽车工业的可持续发展。     

新能源汽车产业发展的政策支持

新能源汽车是低碳的必然选择,汽车产业的发展趋势。新能源汽车产业化发展的直接推动力就是国家的相关扶植政策。美国、日本、欧洲等发达国家对新能源汽车技术高度重视,从汽车技术变革和产业升级的战略出发,颁布制定了优惠的政策措施。中国新能源汽车产业的发展也在政府支持下开局、破局和蓬勃发展。

习语是人类智慧的结晶,是语言中的精华。本文从文化语境的角度对英汉比喻性习语中喻体和喻义的文化异同进行比较分析,并在此基础上探讨其翻译的方法和技巧。     

我国新能源汽车产业技术标准演进路径研究

本文借鉴库恩科学范式的思想,界定了产业技术范式内涵,刻画了产业技术范式变革过程中技术标准的作用机理。运用专利计量方法定量化描述了传统汽车技术体系形成到新能源汽车技术范式变革的过程,研究表明,传统汽车技术已经经历了完整的范式周期,新能源汽车处于范式发展期且新的技术体系正在形成,进而展示了汽车产业技术变革期技术标准从技术规范到与知识产权相结合的标准体系的演进路径,揭示了技术标准在汽车产业范式演进过程中的规范、桥梁和转化作用,以期为我国新能源汽车产业尽快形成有竞争力的技术标准体系提供理论参考。     

Autonomous vehicles in the smart city era: An empirical study of adoption factors important for millennials

Smart cities are developing at increasing speed. Smart cities rely on the deployment of information and communication technology (ICT) that is digitally transforming our habitats. Digital transformation affects several areas from transportation, energy, government to the environment. But, primarily, it affects citizens. Therefore, the adoption of all areas of the smart city holds great research potential. The purpose of this paper is thus to provide an insight into millennials’ adoption of autonomous vehicles (AV), which are at the forefront of future transport. Millennials are an important focus group for smart city concepts since they are keen to adopt technology and new transport modes. Our research focuses on technology adoption, perception of the benefits, security, safety, mobility-related efficiencies and concerns as the key AV adoption factors. The impact of these factors is empirically tested with structural equation modelling using data from 382 millennials. We confirm the perceived benefits of AV are vital factors for AV adoption whereas the perceived safety of AV significantly reduces the influence of various concerns regarding AV.     

电动汽车产业发展总体方案探索与实践--以普天公司运营为例

借用商业生态系统理论,提出立足企业、依托政府和面向市场,打造完整的电动汽车商业生态系统,促进电动汽车产业健康发展的总体解决方案,并在中国普天电动汽车应用领域进行的创新实践中得到了验证。本文探索提出的总体解决方案,为打造电动汽车产业有序健康发展的生态链提供一个新的商业模式。     

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly referred to as “drones,” have gained media attention over the last several years with much of the focus centering on their military uses and their emerging role in newsgathering. News organizations, journalists, and private citizens have employed UAVs to capture and share breaking news, to provide glimpses of natural disasters that would otherwise be too hazardous for journalists to obtain, and to offer unique perspectives that enrich news storytelling. At the same time, media scholars have emphasized the need to better understand the privacy and ethical concerns surrounding UAVs. Legal restrictions to and implications of their use have been relatively unexplored. Given that evolving rules and regulations put in place by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) may ground UAVs for journalistic purposes, it is important to understand what those legal barriers are and what they mean for the future of UAVs as tools for journalism. This paper advances by noting key benefits UAVs offer journalism before explicating the evolving rules and regulations of the FAA and how those are shaping the use of UAVs for journalism by private citizens, journalists, and news organizations.     

微波消解-ICP-AES同时测定车用汽油中铁、锰、铅、硅

采用硝酸作为消解剂对样品进行微波消解,利用ICP-AES同时测定车用汽油中的Fe、Mn、Pb和Si元素。通过加标回收实验与方法精密度计算,验证了该方法所得数据的可靠性,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差在1.77%-4.69%（n=6）之间,加标回收率在91.1%-108.0%之间。结果显示,与常规单一检测法相比,该法高效简便、灵敏准确。     

基于专利数据的汽车产业技术轨道研究

为了解决传统内燃机汽车引起的各种问题,汽车制造商纷纷致力于更加清洁的新能源汽车,开发了多种发动机技术。本文主要分析了汽车产业不同技术轨道之间的竞争,并运用1995-2010年期间的专利数据,同时对比中国汽车制造商的专利数据,分析了世界主要汽车制造商的创新战略。结果显示:在发动机技术方面,世界主要汽车制造商的专利呈现出多样化组合的态势,其战略定位也明显不同。     

电动汽车充电站项目的生命周期成本分析

从电动汽车充电站的生命周期成本视角,综合细化分析与估算了充电站在建设、运营、退出三个阶段对应的设置成本、维持成本和处置成本,得出了充电站在市场导入初期的现金流为负值的结论,指出当前充电站的生命周期成本控制应侧重前期研发设计与市场需求.
