研究我国新一代天气雷达运行能力的评估方法,建立天气雷达运行能力评估指标体系,合理地选取现有的新一代天气雷达数据资料,定量地评估各型号、分时段的雷达业务可用性、可靠性、可维修性及其变化趋势.编制能反映雷达运行能力的各类评估图表,并以图表的分析为依据,提出今后发展建议.

基于韩礼德的衔接理论,试图通过对《晚报浏览》节目中的新闻加以研究,从中找出新闻之间的衔接策略,以便对新闻语篇作出更加客观和科学的分析。     

雾霾天气全民健身的调查研究

通过对数个城市健身群众和有关人员的调查和访谈了解到,雾霾天气时全民健身运动绝大多数人停止了,少部分人还在进行,其中一部分人对雾霾天气的危害性和所要采取的运动措施缺乏认识潜伏着危机。研究分析得出:雾霾天气下全民健身需要推行新的运动模式,需要建立专门机构,需要发挥全社会力量以确保全民健身的持久开展。     

《F1速报》关于F1中国大奖赛的报道特点分析

《F1速报》是目前我国最有影响力的赛车运动专业杂志,文章对《F1速报》关于F1中国大奖赛的专题报道进行研究。结果表明,《F1速报》从创刊至今的7年多时间当中,对F1中国大奖赛的报道无论是从报道力度、报道规模、报道内容的广度和深度,以及报道的后续影响力方面,都有了长足的进步。以《F1速报》为代表的赛车类专业体育媒体的迅速发展,对F1运动在中国的推广起到了巨大的推动作用。     

素朴的天气预报与古东洋地区——以周宁县芹溪银矿和官司银矿为个案

自从采矿业出现后,矿难也应运而生,特别是当代社会,矿难事件逐渐占据了各大媒体的头条,年年＂荣跃＂我国十大灾难的榜首。值此全国各地大力倡导＂以人为本＂之际,通过对古东洋地区上洋村张彭八、张魏六兄弟和贡川村陈龙井创新性地利用素朴的天气预报技术在芹溪、官司银矿的开采中发挥的作用进一步指出创新在采矿业中的重要地位,愿仁者见仁、智者见智,以期达成抛砖引玉之效。     

A Comparison between Inspection Reports on the Management of School Attendance Throughout the Education Service

This is the first article to compare and contrast the outcomes of Office for Standards in Education (Ofsted) reports on the management of school attendance issues in primary and secondary schools, out-of-school and local education authorities (LEA) provision. The findings indicate that schools and LEAs are judged using very strict criteria based on a school's or LEA's authorized or unauthorized rates of attendance, which are then compared with national norms, targets and Ofsted criteria. By contrast, out-of-school providers, often pupil referral units (PRUs), are given much more latitude despite their more obvious and serious attendance difficulties. This paper presents an insight into the reasons given by Ofsted inspectors for making either their positive or negative judgements on schools', PRUs' or LEAs' performances on the management of their attendance agenda. The implications of these findings are considered and conclusions drawn based on the evidence. Further research will be necessary to compare the findings in this paper with subsequent outcomes given the proposed changes with Ofsted's methodology and criteria for conducting its future inspections.

Shaping the professional landscape through research,advocacy and education – an Australian perspective

This article is the first in a new series in this regular feature. The intention of the series is to look at important global developments in health science libraries. Librarians will be invited to share with HILJ readers key initiatives in their country or region. These articles should serve as a road map, describing the key changes in the field and exploring factors driving these changes. We initiate this series with an article by three Australian librarians who use research findings to depict the evolving professional landscape in their country. The starting point of their analysis is a report completed in 2011 which looked into likely future workforce and education requirements for health library professionals. The authors trace the achievements since then, most notably in the areas of research, advocacy and education. Clearly, a great deal has been achieved leading to a greater return on investment. The authors maintain that the key to shaping the profession and enhancing the status of librarians is ongoing professional development. To this end, Australia is promoting a systematic, competency based health specialist certification. Finally, they identify trends impacting on health librarianship, such as the growing importance of research data management and consumer health literacy. JM
