The Provision for Personal, Social, Health Education (PSHE) and Citizenship in School-based Elements of Primary Initial Teacher Education

This small-scale research study looks at the PSHE/Citizenship framework and the opportunities for student teachers to understand and experience within school the relationship between values, personal and social development and learning. A questionnaire was given to two sets of student teachers on their final school-based placements. The research suggests that there needs to be greater recognition of the centrality of multi-cultural awareness and understanding within the political literacy section of the PSHE/Citizenship framework. This is the counterpart to a previous study of the opportunities for values education within the university-based elements of Primary Initial Teacher Education ( Mead, 2003 ).

通过对合肥经济圈族团式发展模式中合肥、淮南两市产业发展特征、优势进行剖解,分析科技推进淮南融入合肥经济圈的区域经济和科技发展条件,紧紧围绕“两淮一蚌”经济和社会发展对科技发展的现实需求,探讨区域科技发展平台和区域科技发展联动体系建设的着力点,探寻建立两地科技合作协调机制的基本思路;基于科技资源配置的分层次性分析经济圈科技资源配置方式的优化及科技创新重点突破口,提出合淮实现科技对接的具体机制和政策建议。     

智慧图书馆——研究与实践

介绍了智慧图书馆建设的构成要素、服务创新和智慧图书馆员的作用,指出了智慧图书馆员应该具有的创新理念,强调了智慧图书馆的发展必将是和谐的发展。     

从传统舞蹈的审美特征看现代舞的创新意识

现代舞是近百年发展起来的舞蹈艺术.现代舞在中国崛起于20世纪30年代,经历了文化专制和不完全接受的时代,20世纪90年代进入创作的高峰期.现代舞越来越为群众所喜爱,特别是受年轻人的喜爱,这已是不争的事实.研究现代舞的审美特征,对其他舞种的发展和创新开辟了更广阔的前景.这个轨迹也正是中国文化自传统跨入当代的现代化历程的缩影.     

高中信息技术课重在培养学生信息意识

《普通高中技术领域课程标准》（信息技术部分）提出了信息技术课程要增强学生信息意识要求,这破除了传统的信息技术教学中只关注技能培养的缺陷。在课程教学实践活动中,应以学生信息意识为起点,加强学生信息意识培养。     

不同练习手段组合对田径跳跃运动员专项力量训练效果的实验研究

选择八种常用手段,将三种双腿跳跃练习进行组合,另把五种单腿跳跃练习进行组合,对两组14名跳跃项目运动员进行8周的训练,获取了5项身体素质和BIODEX等速测力仪及KISTLER三维测力台的各项指标训练前后的测试数据.实验研究发现,不同的力量练习手段对人体作用是不一样的,轻负荷、重负荷、单腿练习、双腿练习对人体肌肉的影响有各自的特异性.因此,在力量训练中,选择正确而有效的手段和适宜的运动负荷与强度,把各种不同手段进行合理组合,才能求得最佳的综合整体效益.     

The effects of professional development activities on principals’ perceived instructional leadership practices: multi-country data analysis using TALIS 2013

The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent to which professional development predicts principals’ instructional leadership in order to identify whether a relationship exists between the duration of principals’ participation in distinct professional development activities and their perceived practice of instructional leadership while controlling for several principal and school characteristics. The data employed in this study came from the 2013 teaching and learning international survey, which was conducted by the organisation for economic co-operation and development. Four multivariate regression models with the country-controlled dummy variable were implemented in the analysis of the data. The results indicated that the more principals take part in contemporary professional development activities such as professional networking, mentoring and research activities, the more often they engage in instructional leadership practices. However, no relationship between more traditional types of professional development activities, such as courses, conferences, and observational visits, and principals’ instructional leadership, was found. The results have substantial implications for policy-makers and practitioners worldwide, suggesting that any professional development designed to get principles involved in more instructional leadership practices should be based on the contemporary type of professional development activities.
