The Provision for Personal, Social, Health Education (PSHE) and Citizenship in School-based Elements of Primary Initial Teacher Education

This small-scale research study looks at the PSHE/Citizenship framework and the opportunities for student teachers to understand and experience within school the relationship between values, personal and social development and learning. A questionnaire was given to two sets of student teachers on their final school-based placements. The research suggests that there needs to be greater recognition of the centrality of multi-cultural awareness and understanding within the political literacy section of the PSHE/Citizenship framework. This is the counterpart to a previous study of the opportunities for values education within the university-based elements of Primary Initial Teacher Education ( Mead, 2003 ).     

不同练习手段组合对田径跳跃运动员专项力量训练效果的实验研究

选择八种常用手段,将三种双腿跳跃练习进行组合,另把五种单腿跳跃练习进行组合,对两组14名跳跃项目运动员进行8周的训练,获取了5项身体素质和BIODEX等速测力仪及KISTLER三维测力台的各项指标训练前后的测试数据.实验研究发现,不同的力量练习手段对人体作用是不一样的,轻负荷、重负荷、单腿练习、双腿练习对人体肌肉的影响有各自的特异性.因此,在力量训练中,选择正确而有效的手段和适宜的运动负荷与强度,把各种不同手段进行合理组合,才能求得最佳的综合整体效益.     

高职院校“非定制式”学生人才培养模式探究

校企合作模式的精髓是"定制式"(也称双元制)人才培养模式。然而高校在重视定制式班级学生培养的同时,往往忽略了对非定制式班级学生的培养,随之而来的问题也逐渐暴露了出来,如非定制班级的学生厌学情绪明显、班级凝聚力差、技能水平低、就业质量不高等。根据沈阳职业技术学院-中德学院"非定制式"学生人才培养过程中出现的一些问题进行了相关讨论,并为此提出有针对性的解决办法,作为当前高职院校"定制式"人才培养方式的补充。     

State-of-The-Art Technologies Used in Training Delivery and Administration at the Institute of Public Administration： Case Study

The Institute of Public Administration （IPA）, in Saudi Arabia, is a well renowned training institution designated for training civil servants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This paper mainly discusses the uses of technologies in the administrative aspects of the IPA. The author also points out the obstacles faced and lessons learned from the implementation and use of these technologies.

This paper examines ways in which inter‐relationships between knowledge and skills can lead to important links between education and training to the considerable benefit of each. In particular it reviews the variety of ways in which the acquisition of knowledge (in the widest sense of the term) can contribute to the development of competences and conversely the variety of ways in which the development of a broad range of skills (including competences) can contribute to the acquisition of knowledge.     

基于校企合作办学的动画专业人才培养模式改革的理论研究和实践

根据动画设计专业的特点,必须大力推行校企合作办学的人才培养模式,由传统学科体系的教育模式向就业导向的工学结合教育模式转变。文章构建了符合动画设计专业的、基于校企合作办学的基础平台,在一定范围内进行实践,并取得一定的实效。     

虚拟企业教学模式在软件专业实训课程教学中的应用

该文分析了软件专业实训教学过程中存在的问题,针对软件实训要求,把虚拟企业教学方法运用到软件专业实训教学活动,对于实践教学改革具有重要意义。通过模拟企业环境、人员组织结构、实训内容、效果评价等,营造真实工作环境和开发具体业务项目,以提高软件专业实训教学效果。
