本文探讨口译工作中灵活处置的重要性，提出了灵活性所必须服从的原则，阐明了政策水平、业务功底与知识面是灵活性的基础，而“急智”则是由深厚基础滋生出的灵活性的必要条件。     

关于形容词性物主代词Their和Its作逻辑宾语

This paper discusses reanimate possessive pronouns “their” and “its” used as attributives modifying conjugate nouns of verbs.Logical object of the conjugate nounsofthe transitive verbs are emphasized through persuasive example. Their translation approaches are also suggested.
