内蒙古民族教育改革与发展的理论思考

发展内蒙古民族教育,必须确立与现代化接轨的民族教育发展观;要构建民族教育发展模式,建立内蒙古民族教育完整体系;要确保民族基础教育的战略地位,推动内蒙古民族教育的发展;要放眼世界,建立内蒙古民族教育的三语教育系统,培养国际型人才;要正确理解、正确处理民族教育的形式与内容的关系,确立只要有利于实现民族教育目标的现代化、民族教育内容的现代化、民族教育手段的现代化、民族教育交流的国际化的任何教育形式都可以采用的观念     

然纳桑陪治疗急性出血性脑卒中的临床研究

目的 观察然纳桑陪治疗急性出血性脑卒中的效果并探讨其作用机理.方法 临床采用随机对照法,选择42例急性出血性脑卒中病例,在综合治疗的基础上,加用藏药然纳桑陪每日一丸,对照组36例给予西医综合治疗,观察神经系统功能缺损改善,血肿吸收.结果 CT检查治疗组总有效率92%,对照组有效率80%,神经功能缺损改善,治疗组优于对照组.     

Tibet-My Hometown

Tibet is my hometown. It is very beautiful. The air there is clean and fresh, and the weather there is neither too cold in winter nor too hot in summer.Most people in Tibet believe in Buddhism, and there are many temples there. The temple called " Budala" is very famous in the world. It lies on a hill and looks like a ship,so we also call it "Hillship" . Many Buddhists study the Buddhist Scripture in the temples and many people go there to say their prayers every day.
