语言是文化的重要组成部分,它是文化的主要表达形式和传播工具,不同的民俗和不同的社会文化因素是产生成语翻译的客观因素,而社会文化又在一定程度上制约着语言使用者的思维方式和表达能力。本文首先分析了文化与成语翻译的关系,然后重点阐述了东西方动物文化内涵、地理位置、日常生活风俗习惯、宗教信仰、特定历史事件影响等方面的差异,来说明文化差异对成语翻译的影响。并由此提出了翻译方法的建议。  相似文献

Based on the principle of economy, this paper adopts the empirical and comparative methods to analyze English and Chinese Internet buzzwords from the perspective of lexicology to lay bare the similarity and differences between English and Chinese Internet buzzwords so as to help reader have a better understand of the characteristics of the two languages.The materials applied in this paper are collected from the social networks and online news portals in order to objectively display the features of Internet buzzwords, thus giving readers a sense of reality and familiarity. Through the comparative analysis, we can arrive at the conclusion that different languages have different reflections of economy and the existent language is the most economical one for its users.  相似文献
