Anyuan,Our Pride

In the west of Jiangxi Province is my hometown, Anyuan, a city with a long history. Anyuan is a place called "Red Area" with a glorious revolutionary tradition where the great leaders of the Chinese people led the miners in fighting against their oppressors and exploiters in the stormy revolutionary years. Mao Zedong came here eight times to arouse the masses and organized miners into trade unions. And Liu Shaoqi and Li Lisan led workers on strike, which rocked China and the world. That's why so many visitors come to Anyuan for a visit year after year.
