心理健康教育渗透是解决高师公共心理学教学内容枯燥、教学方法单调、严重脱离教育和生活实际等问题的有效途径。基于重要性认识,提出了准确定位、目标融合,案例教学、体验为主,创新模式、三助为体等渗透路径,以及加强教材建设和师资培训等保障措施。     

1927-1930年上海革命文学期刊生存发展策略探析

1927年后,国民政府意识到思想传播的无形性与难控性,开始对出版业实行严密监控.艰难的出版环境使得当时带有革命倾向的文学期刊不得不转变编辑策略,通过审慎选择期刊内容、不断调整栏目设置、频繁更换刊物名称的方式求得生存与发展,以便在特殊的传播环境下对革命文学进行有效的传播.     

蒙古族学生学习汉语补语偏误分析及对策

蒙语属粘着语,而汉语属词根语,两者语言系统差异较大。蒙古族学生学习汉语之前早已熟练掌握了母语的语言规律,在学习汉语中不可避免地出现了各类偏误。本文着重分析了蒙古族学生学习汉语补语中常见的错序、遗漏、状语代替补语等偏误,并提出了相应的对策,使教学更有针对性。     

基于文献计量分析的破坏性创新研究述评

以中国知网文献总库(CNKI)为资料来源,检索1997年1月至2013年10月期间发表的有关破坏性创新的文章,利用文献计量、内容分析等方法分析了这些文献在发文时间、发文内容、发文期刊、发文作者、发文单位、研究资助基金、被引用次数等方面的情况,并结合文献内容对国内破坏性创新研究的主要特征及存在问题进行了述评,对今后该领域的研究做出展望。

There are not many elements of human life that have had as significant an impact on our development as literacy. Literacy has certainly been, and remains, a crucial issue especially in Deaf Education and in the Deaf World. The traditional definition of literacy has been exclusively understood as reading and writing. However, this article is intended to provide a thoughtful and provocative commentary that supports adopting new directions and comprehensive definitions for understanding literacy, which includes both written and signed languages. By applying ideas from Deaf Studies and New Literacy Studies we will conduct a thorough exploration of the fundamental components of literacy and illuminate important political and practical applications related to Deaf Education.

侧重于渔业的东海海岸剖面分析模型初探——以舟山群岛为例

通过1998年至2000年间舟山群岛地区鱼类栖息地环境、渔业劳动力和管理措施、渔获物产量和产值等生态、社会和经济综合参数的海岸剖面分析模型(CTAM)的构建,实现该地区渔业资源变化以及渔获物、现金和劳动力流通的可视化,初步评价近海、外海大小型渔业的经济-社会-生态综合效益,为东海海洋渔业的可持续发展提供有价值的信息和建议.分析结果表明:①渔业资源的保护和增长可通过鱼类栖息地的保护和渔具类型与规模的控制实现;②舟山地区可加强海洋捕捞业的竞争力,拓展国内外市场;③科学发展舟山群岛渔业需要严格控制近海渔业,做好近海小型渔业转产转业工作,并适当发展外海渔业,同时做好近外海渔业资源的保护工作.     

Understanding Harry Potter: parallels to the deaf world

Every so often there are stories that take the world by storm and make such an impact that they become part of our everyday world. These stories, characters, and themes become established elements of cultural literacy. This is exactly what has happened with J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. Harry and his cohort of wizards, witches, and their adventures have become an indispensable part of popular literature and popular culture. We have developed an innovative way to ensure that Deaf children, their families, and anyone studying literature (Deaf or general) gain a deeper understanding of this phenomenon. In fact, we go further by demonstrating how using a Deaf Lens provides the greatest insight into the fascinating world of Harry Potter. Utilizing a Deaf Studies Template and a Deaf Lens, we capitalize on the experiences of Deaf people everywhere while celebrating the valuable role American Sign Language has in academic programming.

建立LC-MS/MS检测植物油脂中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量。黄曲霉毒素B1的检测通常情况下都是用液相色谱检测法带荧光检测器,柱前衍生,或是柱后衍生,操作比较繁琐,灵敏度低。本法采用LC-MS/MS检测,甲醇水提取后,经黄曲霉毒素B1免疫亲和柱,甲醇定容,LC-MS/MS检测。此法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确。
