模拟飞秒涡旋光在空气中成丝产生涡旋3次谐波的过程。研究初始基频波的扰动分布和峰值功率对双色涡旋光演化的影响。对于具有对称扰动分布的初始基频波,双色涡旋不受初始峰值功率影响,能够在成丝过程中保持环形强度分布。但是,在高峰值功率情况下,涡旋的螺旋相位分布受到多丝的影响,多丝引起的相位积累效应破坏了双色涡旋的螺旋相位分布。对于具有不对称扰动的初始基频波,当形成多细丝时,双色涡旋的空间环形分布和螺旋相位分布都会被破坏。  相似文献

员工创新行为产生是综合心理影响的结果,作者对员工参与创新的心理过程进行了归纳,从角色认同理论、自我概念理论和行为规划理论研究的基础上,指出员工创新心理因素由创新的角色认同("我是")、创新自我效能感("我能")和创新意愿("我愿")三个因素构成.并提出假设,认为它们与员工创新行为正向相关.在实地调查的基础上,利用149家企业中的497位员工数据,分别验证了员工创新角色认同、创新自我效能感及创新意愿三者与创新行为的正向相关关系.最后提出管理方面建议:组织应当在组织文化、领导等方面采取切实措施,促进员工创新角色的形成;同时,培养员工创新的能动性;并且通过必要的激励措施,提高员工的创新意愿.通过三方合力,促进组织中不断涌现出创新行为.  相似文献

Student life is marked by substantial growth in areas such as self-regulation abilities. In this article, the experiences of first-year Psychology students are explored through the lenses of the self-determination theory. Both content and thematic analyses were done with 79 students’ reflections on the aspects they regarded as facilitating/preventing success in their studies. Responses ranged from complete external control (amotivation and external regulation) to high levels of internal control (integration). While many participants articulated their perceptions of incompetence, other participants took ownership of their behavior and articulated how an interest in and enthusiasm for Psychology as a discipline moved them toward feelings of competence, autonomy, and relatedness. High value was placed on a well-structured but warm and responsive educational context.  相似文献

This study explored and described the experiences regarding clinical supervision of master’s students in professional psychology programmes in South Africa. Four participants were purposively selected from four different universities. The participants engaged in reflective writings and in-depth interviews over a one-year span. Data were analysed through interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). Findings indicated that supervision, as compulsory pedagogical activity for these students, serves an essential purpose, as it was identified as the main contributor towards their professional developmental journeys. Interpretation of the findings yielded themes of significance across cases. Identified themes are emotional support, self-acceptance, autonomy and personal growth. Themes were contextualise within broader educational theories as well as within professional career developmental theory in psychology. While becoming a psychologist is known to be a difficult journey, the results indicated that it can also be rewarding, and holds the potential to enhance growth which can be unlocked by the supervisory relationship.  相似文献

Organizations must innovate if they are to survive in today's fiercely competitive marketplace. In this paper, we explore how leading organizations are using emerging technologies to enable novel forms of ideation that can radically increase the sheer volume of ideas they explore. In addition, we outline how organizations use technologies to cost effectively manage this increased volume of ideas by optimizing generation, mobilization, advocacy and screening, experimentation, commercialization, and even the diffusion and implementation of ideas. We studied differences in physical activity (PA), sedentary behaviour (SB), and the types of PA and SB between Finnish girls and boys and children from different socioeconomic backgrounds (SES). We assessed PA, SB, parental education, and household income using detailed questionnaires in a representative population sample of 486 children (238 girls, 248 boys) aged 6–8 years. Girls spent on average 1.7 h/day and boys 2.0 h/day in total PA (p?=?0.002). Altogether 66% of girls and 54% of boys had less than 2 h of total PA per day (p?=?0.012). Girls had lower levels of unsupervised PA (45 vs. 54 min/day, p?=?0.001), supervised PA (1.5 vs. 1.9 h/week, p?=?0.009), and PA during school recess (1.8 vs. 1.9 h/week, p?=?0.032) than boys. Girls had higher levels of total SB (3.8 vs. 3.4 h/day, p?=?0.015) but lower levels of screen-based SB (1.5 vs. 1.9 h/day, p?<?0.001) than boys. Lower parental education and household income were associated with lower levels of supervised PA in girls (p?=?0.011 and p?=?0.008, respectively) and in boys (p?=?0.006 and p?=?0.003, respectively). Lower parental education and household income were also related to higher levels of screen-based SB in boys (p?=?0.005 and p?<?0.001, respectively) but not in girls. Girls have lower levels of total, unsupervised, and supervised PA, PA during recess, and screen-based SB but higher levels of total SB than boys. Lower parental education and household income are associated with lower levels of supervised PA in both genders and higher levels of screen-based SB in boys.  相似文献

Higher growth is a key goal of companies, governments, and societies. Economic policies often attempt to attain this goal by targeting companies of certain sizes that operate in specific industries and focus on a specific business activity. This approach to policy making has considerable shortcomings and seems to be less than fully effective in increasing economic growth. We suggest a new approach to policy making that stems directly from the entrepreneurial perspective. This approach examines a successful business strategy framework - the Blue Ocean Strategy - to discover conditions for high growth. We test the propositions on empirical data for two cases of successful high-growth business, namely Slovenian gazelles and Amazon.com. The results reveal a gap between the macro level of economic policy making to achieve higher growth and the micro level of business growth. The findings call for a change in the focus of economic policies on specific size companies, industries, and business activities to intraindustry cooperation, collaboration between companies of different sizes, value innovation, and creation of uncontested markets.  相似文献

In this study, black South African first-generation students’ experiences related to identity development during their first year at a higher education institution were explored. Chickering and Reisser’s [1993. Education and Identity. 2nd ed. San Francisco, CA: Jossey-Bass] seven-vector identity development theory served as overarching framework. The focus group discussions and individual interviews of ten black first-generation students were analysed thematically. Participants experienced their first year as a time of instability, mostly due to inadequate preparation for the psychological, social, and especially academic challenges of higher education. Black first-generation students’ ability to remain connected to their family while forming new social connections on campus enabled them to feel safe in their exploration of new worldviews, relationships, and occupational considerations. Black first-generation students’ unique progression in vector attainment confirms the importance of research on the application of Chickering’s theory in a more diverse higher education environment.  相似文献
