This paper deals with a control of coupled nonlinear identical systems that admit full exact feedback input-output linearization. The subsystems are linearized using this nonlinear transformation. In the next step, an auxiliary low-dimensional system is derived whose stability implies stability of the original large-scale system. The control law is designed so that the control loops are only local, no information exchange between subsystems is required. Unknown time delay in the feedback are allowed. Two cases are studied: equal time delay for all subsystems or different delay in all subsystems. Results are illustrated by two examples.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The article describes the functions of the special collection Fond of the Presidents of Ukraine (FPU) within the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, as well as the history of its formation, purpose, activities, and operational features. It emphasizes that the main characteristics of the institution are not only collecting and using various types of documents, but also research and informational-analytical work to popularize them among citizens and authorities. Unlike the US presidential libraries, in Ukraine the conception of the FPU envisages it as an integrated documentary and informational-analytical center to collect heritage materials and study the institution of the presidency as a whole. FPU also provides operative scholarly and informational resources to government officials, to the scholarly community, to the broad student community, and to society in general through the Internet portal of the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine and social networks.  相似文献

This article analyses school systems for two of Ukraine’s minorities, the Hungarians and the Crimean Tatars with the aim of assessing their success in promoting ethnocultural identity and social integration of the minority youth. I demonstrate that the exclusive instruction in Hungarian ensures the reproduction of group language knowledge and identity among the minority members but perpetuates their inability to communicate in the majority language and thus limits their social mobility. In contrast, the limited scope of education in Crimean Tatar exacerbates the problem of its poor knowledge by the group members and, therefore, vulnerability of their cultural identity. I argue that the introduction of bilingual education is the best way to solve the two groups’ educational problems.  相似文献
