"双一流"背景下,高校作为我国科技创新体系的核心组成部分,其科技创新效率影响着国家、区域的经济发展.探讨2009-2017年"双一流"高校的科技创新效率,构建相应的静态、动态以及分类横向对比模型,并利用DEA和Malmquist指数分析法进行实证分析和科学评价.结果显示:2017年高校科研效率较2016年增长25.8％,2009-2017年高校科技创新效率整体呈缓慢趋势;4类不同高校的科技创新效率受到不同因素的影响呈不同发展趋势.针对研究结果提出相应的政策建议,以提升科技研发和成果转化效率. 相似文献
