The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of a teacher training program on teacher outcomes. The teachers’ knowledge and attitudes regarding inclusion, classroom management strategies, and their relationships with children both with and without disabilities were evaluated using self-report instruments. In addition, their classroom behaviors were evaluated by independent observers. The teacher education program included a variety of topics related to inclusion and effective strategies for inclusive classrooms. The data were collected prior to the education, after the completion of the program, and 6 months afterwards. The results indicated that the teacher program seemed to have moderate-to-large effects on all teacher outcomes, but the changes in their classroom behaviors were minimal.  相似文献

Supply chain management (SCM) is concerned with a complex business relations network that contains interrelationships between various entities, such as suppliers, manufacturers, distribution centers and customers. SCM integrates these entities and manages their interrelationships through the use of information technology to meet customer expectations (i.e., higher product variety and quality, lower costs and faster responses) effectively along the entire value chain. Thus, one of the vital issues in supply chain management is the design of the value chain network. In this paper, a fuzzy linear programming model for the optimization of the multi-stage supply chain model with triangular and trapezoidal membership functions is presented. The model determines the fuzzy capacities of the facilities (plants or distribution centers (DCs)) and the design of the network configuration with a minimum total cost. The total cost involves the shipping cost from suppliers; transportation costs between plants and DCs; distribution costs between DCs and customer zones; and opportunity costs from not having the material at the right time. The developed model is solved by a professional software package (LINDO), and the computational results are discussed.  相似文献

While society's level of education increases in a modernization process, the knowledge monopoly is taken over by the young. Increasing demand on knowledge attained through organized education leads to increasing power by the young. In the modernizing society of Turkey, this kind of struggle will occur between intellectual groups. Results of this study reveal a conflict between the elder generations granted institutional authority and the young population having the capability of seizing this authority. Obtained results demonstrate that there exist remarkable negative aspects in the attitudes of the university youth towards the institutional authority of the elderly. The importance of the study lies in the fact that it is the first study introducing the concept of “intergenerational conflict” to the sociological society of Turkey and, thus, paving the way to further research.  相似文献
