基于扎根理论的产业智库联盟运行影响因素研究

【Purpose/significance】In the context of the modernization of national governance capabilities, the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure, and the multi-agent collaborative innovation construction of think tank alliances, deeply digging into the research on the influencing factors of the operation of industrial think tank alliances not only enrich⁃ es the relevant theories in the field of think tanks, but also provides a certain reference for the operation and development of industrial think tank alliances, so as to further release the effectiveness of think tanks.【Method/process】This paper uses grounded theory to design interview samples, obtains original data through in-depth interviews, and constructs a model of influencing factors affecting the operation of industrial think tank alliances through open coding, main axis coding, selective coding and saturation test, and expounds the path of action.【Result/conclusion】The research concludes that the influencing factors that affect the operation of industrial think tank alliances include the willingness of the main body to cooperate, the ability of participants, the guarantee of alliance resources, the degree of alliance integration, and the management of alli⁃ ance organization. The operation effect of the industrial think tank alliance can be improved through rational allocation and effective management of the factors.

正汉代阳故城位于今安徽省临泉县城镇,其文化内涵丰富且保存状况理想,是研究皖西北地区汉代城邑遗址的难得标本。本文结合目前掌握的有关文献及考古资料,拟对两汉阳县(侯国)的地理分布、职官设置及兴废变迁等问题做出初步考论。传世文献中所载的阳地望《汉书·地理志》在记述豫州汝南郡领县时云"阳",应劭注曰:"在水之阳也。"《后汉书·郡国志二》:     

组织政治认知研究综述

组织政治在组织生活中无处不在,对组织运作及效率有重要影响。自组织政治认知提出以来,研究者对其概念、结构及对组织结果的影响都一直存在分歧,并且组织政治认知一直被认为是消极的、黑暗的、对组织百害而无一利的。因此,在综述了组织政治认知概念基础上,扩展了组织政治认知模型,重点对组织政治认知的中立视角进行阐述,认识到它不仅是消极的,也可以是积极的。
