生之寂寞与爱与美的叹惋--钱钟书小说的思想意蕴探讨

钱钟书抗战期间的处境、心境及创作动机,使他的小说集中抒发了抗战年月中被战争和人类劣根性合力围困而加剧的人生寂寞,并表达了对战争环境下“无毛两足动物”基于人类自身“根性”而对生命、爱及美的进一步的扭曲、异化、损耗与不珍爱的深切叹惋。

股骨头缺血性坏死的临床治疗中带血管蒂组织瓣转位修复术收效良好。本文就股骨头血供特点、关节囊附着特点和几种股骨头修复术能带血管蒂转位的供瓣区解剖特点作一综述，为临床设计操作方便、损伤小、血供丰富的组织瓣转位术提供解剖学依据。     

专利保护和加计扣除政策能够促进私人农业技术创新么？

摘要：专利保护和加计扣除政策是政府保护和激励私人技术创新的重要手段。本文利用2005-2015年间77家农业上市公司公开数据，研究了专利保护和加计扣除政策对私人农业研发投入与研发投入强度的影响。结果表明，专利保护政策并未促进私人农业研发投入或者提高私人研发投入强度，而加计扣除政策则显著提高了私人的研发投入和研发投入强度。通过设置专利保护和加计扣除政策的交互项，发现专利保护的增强削弱了加计扣除政策的溢入效应。本文结论验证了已有的部分研究结论，建议进一步完善专利保护政策，加强加计扣除政策的实施广度和强度，推动国家创新体系建设。

在对我国参与转基因棉花研发的相关单位进行深入调研的基础上，厘清了国产转基因棉花的研发体系，特别是上下游研发单位之间的分工与合作关系，重点分析了国产转基因棉花的研发经费的来源、投向以及研发经费在基础研究、应用研究和开发研究三者间的配置状况，总结得出了转基因棉花研发成功的几点结论，最后提出了促进转基因棉花研究和发展的相关政策建议。
