注重构词法学习,快速扩大词汇量

近几年来,高考试卷的阅读理解题难度居高不下。如何提高阅读能力是当前英语教学面临的一个重要问题。阅读理解之所以难,很多人认为“超纲词”过多,即“生词”太多。笔者认为,其实不然。研读一下这些“超纲词”,不难发现,其中不少是利用构词法知识,在原来词根的基础上“派生”出来的词,完全属于“圈内”词。因此,要想提高阅读理解能力,必须有丰厚的词汇功底作为基础。而注重构词法学习,是迅速扩大词汇量的关键。现举几例说明。
