基于网络的板料冲裁间隙虚拟实验系统研究与实现

设计并实现了一套板料冲裁间隙网络虚拟实验系统,给出了系统开发流程。该系统分为理论学习、设备认知、实验演示、实验操作4个模块,采用网格切割及优化技术,将三角面片转化为四边形面片,使网格数据量大大减少。该系统具有良好的实时性、交互性、自主性和共享性,并且经济、安全、稳定,弥补了实体实验的不足,丰富了实验教学模式,提高了实验教学质量和效率。
