关于工作场所学习效果评估模型的修正分析

有效的工作场所学习评估是提升学习成效、促进员工自我发展和企业人力资本积累和长期发展的重要保障.笔者曾经就工作场所学习效果评估模型的构建做过尝试,并成文发表.近来,由于工作实践中出现的新问题以及对理论的再认识,试图对这一模型做出修正和完善.

办公环境影响着员工工作热情、效率、甚至人才去留。当前办公环境构建缺乏基于企业整体形象和环境心理综合考虑,大多数办公室环境存在着领域感缺乏、团队创新空间不足,甚至忽略整体形象设计等问题,因此探索基于企业形象和环境心理相结合的办公空间,将工作与环境进行系统匹配,提升工作效率,增强企业凝聚力,塑造与企业文化相适应的整体形象有着重要意义。

沧州市国民体质现状监测与分析

为了解我国国民的体质现状，国家体育总局在全国31个省、市、自治区进行了我国最大规模，也是世界空前规模的国民体质监测工作。沧州市被省体育局列为国家级监测网点。对这次监测数据从形态、机能、素质等几个方面进行统计、分析，为全民健身计划的实施和我市经济可持续发展战略的落实提供科学依据。     

Comparison of the characteristics of macrophages derived from murine spleen,peritoneal cavity,and bone marrow

Macrophages have a diverse set of functions based upon their activation states. The activation states, including resting (M0) and polarizing (M1 and M2) states, of macrophages derived from the mouse bone marrow, spleen, and peritoneal cavity (BMs, SPMs, and PCMs, respectively) were compared. We evaluated the macrophage yield per mouse and compared the surface markers major histocompatibility complex (MHC) II and CD86 by flow cytometry. The relative mRNA levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1β, mannose receptor (MR), and Ym1 in the M0, M1, and M2 states were also compared using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. Bone marrow yielded the most macrophages with the best homogeneity, but they were polarized toward the M2 phenotype. All three types of macrophages had the capacity to polarize into the M1 and M2 states, but SPMs had a stronger capacity to polarize into M1. The three types of macrophages showed no differences in their capacity to polarize into the M2 state. Therefore, the three types of macrophages have distinct characteristics regardless of their resting or polarizing states. Although bone marrow can get large amounts of homogeneous macrophages, the macrophages cannot replace tissue-derived macrophages.

重庆雾与中国抗战文学

雾原本是重庆的一个地域自然现象,成为战时作家们最受青睐的意象。对于雾,作家们有欣赏它保障生命安全的一面,也有促进中国现代文学尤其是戏剧和长篇小说创作繁荣的积极作用;但另一方面作家们也厌恶雾对人的压抑,并上升到雾和国民党腐败统治的象征关联。对于雾这一意象的全方位分析,有助于理解抗战时期文学与重庆政治中心地位及地域文化复杂性关系的把握。     

Magnetic cell sorting and flow cytometry sorting methods for the isolation and function analysis of mouse CD4＋ CD25＋ Treg cells

Objective: In this paper we compared the two methods of cell sorting (magnetic cell sorting and flow cytometry sorting) for the isolation and function analysis of mouse CD4~+ CD25~+ regulatory T (Treg) cells, in order to inform further studies in Treg cell function. Methods: We separately used magnetic cell sorting and flow cytometry sorting to identify CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells. After magnetic cell separation, we further used flow cytometry to analyze the purity of CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, trypan blue staining to detect cell viability, and propidium iodide (PI) staining to assess the cell viability. We detected the immune inhibition of CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells in the in vitro proliferation experiments. Results: The results showed that compared to flow cytometry sorting, magnetic cell sorting took more time and effort, but fewer live cells were obtained than with flow cytometry sorting. The CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, however, obtained with both methods have similar immunosuppressive capacities. Conclusion: The result suggests that both methods can be used in isolating CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, and one can select the best method according to specific needs and availability of the methodologies.     

Outcomes of EC-MPS combined with low-dose tacrolimus in DCD kidney transplantation for high-risk DGF recipients

Effective use of immunosuppressive agents to avoid the occurrence of nephrotoxicity and rejection in recipients with delayed graft function (DGF) is a concern for physicians. We investigated the outcomes of treatment with enteric-coated mycophenolate sodium (EC-MPS) in combination with a low-dose of tacrolimus (Tac) in renal transplantation for recipients with a high risk of DGF. We conducted a retrospective study of 61 recipients with a high risk of DGF who were treated with EC-MPS and low-dose Tac. The recipients were separated into a no-DGF group and a DGF group, based on whether DGF actually occurred. The results showed that although EC-MPS and Tac doses were similar in both groups, the percentage of recipients whose mycophenolic acid area under the curve 0–12 h (MPA-AUC_{0–12 h}) was below 30 (mg·h)/L was significantly higher and the Tac trough concentration significantly lower in the DGF group one week after transplantation. Notably, a higher incidence of biopsy-proven acute rejection (BPAR) was found in the DGF group and among all recipients whose MPA-AUC_{0–12 h} was less than 30 (mg·h)/L at one week after transplantation. One-year graft survival, patient survival, allograft function, and the incidence of the most common adverse events were similar in the two groups. In conclusion, the immunosuppressive regime is applicable to Chinese kidney transplant recipients, and early low exposure to EC-MPS was related to acute rejection in the recipients at a high risk of DGF.

高职院校必须围绕企业的人才需求提高学生的职业技能和职业素质。一方面,应研究借鉴优秀企业文化的建设经验,提高校园文化建设的科学性;另一方面,要积极引入优秀企业文化的元素,强化校园文化的职业性特征,创造学生从"学校人"到"职业人"转变的良好文化环境。
