《淮南子》的推类理论解析

《淮南子》所包含的逻辑思想承先启后,在推类理论上,发挥了公孙龙注重类的内涵的研究,把墨辩提出的推类之难进行了深入探索;同时把《吕氏春秋》所提的类不可必推问题作了阐发,丰富了我国古代的推类理论,推动了中国逻辑学的发展.     

新公共管理理论对我国政府改革的启示

20世纪80年代,西方各国掀起了声势浩大的政府改革浪潮,由此产生了新公共管理的理论和实践。随着我国由计划经济向市场经济体制的转轨,我国政府管理中存在的问题不容忽视。如何有选择地借鉴吸收国外新公共管理经验,对我国经济社会的持续稳定、政府改革的全面发展具有十分重要的意义。

Rotenone induces more serious learning and memory impairment than α-synuclein A30P does in Drosophila

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a heterogenous disease caused by multifactorial etiology. PD is characterized by the loss of dopaminergic (DA) neurons in the substantia nigra and the accumulation of Lewy bodies. In this study, two Drosophila PD models by exposing Drosophila to rotenone (sporadic PD models) are proposed, and the human α-synuclein A30P protein (family PD models) in Drosophila is expressed respectively. Both models recapitulated the main human PD symptoms including the loss of dopaminergic neurons...

模糊区间值与区间值模糊集的重于关系概念被考虑,这种关系是模糊点与模糊集的重于关系的推广.利用这种新的思想,引入了Q-代数的区间值（∈,∈∨q）-模糊子代数和区间值（∈,∈∨q-）-模糊子代数的概念,推广了Q-代数的模糊子代数,并研究了它们的相关性质.特别地,界限模糊子群之概念被扩展到Q-代数的界限区间值模糊子代数的概念上来.

Expression of antimicrobial peptide Cecropin P1 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and its antibacterial and antiviral activity in vitro

BackgroundCecropin P1, acting as an antimicrobial, has a broad-spectrum antibacterial activity with some antiviral and antifungal properties. It is a promising natural alternative to antibiotics which is originally isolated from the pig intestinal parasitic nematode Ascaris suum. Many studies have shown that Cecropin P1 is helpful for the prevention or treatment of clinical diseases. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a safe, nontoxic, and efficient expression method of Cecropin P1.ResultsThe results indicated that the recombinant protein was about 5.5 kDa showed by Tricine–SDS–PAGE and Western blot. And Cecropin P1 was efficiently secreted and expressed after 12 h of induction, with an increasing yield over the course of the induction. Its maximum concentration was 7.83 mg/L after concentration and purification. In addition, in vitro experiments demonstrated that Cecropin P1 not only exerted a strong inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp., Shigella sp., and Pasteurella sp., but also displayed an antiviral activity against PRRSV NADC30-Like strain.ConclusionsCollectively, the strategy of expressing Cecropin P1 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae is harmless, efficient, and safe for cells. α-酮酸是一类双官能团有机化合物,是有机合成、药物合成及生物合成的重要中间体,已广泛应用于食品、化妆品、药物及有机合成中。本文综述了近年来α-酮酸的应用及合成进展情况,其合成方法包括氧化法、水解法、格氏试剂法、羰基化法、海因法及F-C酰基化法,并对这些合成方法及其应用前景进行了讨论。
