技术时代公共图书馆“场所”价值的社会公众认知研究——基于公共平台网络评论文本分析北大核心CSSCI

在技术时代,公共图书馆作为实体空间的"场所"价值,是关乎图书馆未来发展的重要内容。从公众认知角度探索图书馆"场所"价值,能够发现影响图书馆事业发展的重要因素。经过全面梳理和系统分析,选择上海图书馆、浦东图书馆和滨海新区图书馆三所代表性公共图书馆在公共平台上的网络评论信息,综合运用Python、Jieba分词、SnowNLP等数据采集与分析工具,从高频词分布、情感分析和时间序列三个维度,对社会公众认知情况进行了文本挖掘。分析结果表明,公共图书馆仍然是重要的公共阅读"场所";公共图书馆"场所"服务颇受欢迎,社会评价极为正面;促进文旅融合发展,是当前社会公众对公共图书馆"场所"价值认知的特征所在。在技术时代,公共图书馆应当高度重视"场所"价值的公众认知新变化,可以将文旅融合作为未来发展阶段的重要内容,助力公共图书馆高质量发展。

在抗击新冠肺炎疫情过程中形成的抗疫精神是新时期大学生思想政治教育的重要内容,通过在课程教学中渗透抗疫精神、在科研和实验实习中融入抗疫精神、在学生活动中彰显抗疫精神,能有效促进学生高尚世界观、人生观、价值观的形成。     

A pillar of the Youngstown community: The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County engages in the Harwood practice

ABSTRACT

The Harwood Institute arrived in Youngstown, Ohio, in 1999; and today, over 18 years later, its teachings have made a profound effect upon the city. The Youngstown Public Library, through the leadership of Carlton Sears and Heidi Daniel, has wholeheartedly embraced the methods and ideology of the Harwood Institute, helping to reinvigorate and power a city working its way back to prosperity.     

Benefits to Collection Development Librarians from Collaborating with “Community-Embedded” Librarians-In-Training

The 21st century collection manager encounters serious challenges in collection development (e.g., budget shortages, lack of skilled personnel, lower agency prioritization, and reduced available staff time). This article explores a practical, low-cost solution to these challenges that prevent collection developers from regularly creating/managing adequately balanced collections. It discusses the role of 93 “community-embedded” librarians-in-training to develop contextually situated collections in a graduate course taught seven times in an information sciences program in a southern land grant university. Findings of collection management activity tasks completed during the course provide evidence of accrued tangible outcomes/benefits to motivate collection development librarians and their information agencies collaborate with librarians-in-training in future initiatives.     

Contesting Communities

This introductory article to the combined special issue of Journalism Studies and Journalism Practice provides an overview of some of the key contemporary approaches to studying journalism and social order. It argues the need to step beyond a functionalist framework when considering the news media’s central role in shaping social connections, community and cohesion. To advance our understandings of social order, our paper suggests a greater emphasis of the significance of journalism’s relationship to the wider social sphere along with three other key considerations, including (1) a critical focus on the relationship between media, politics and social order, especially in defining and/or negotiating “anti-social” practices and social disintegration; (2) a more refined focus on the “imagined” and geographic boundaries of news audiences in digital spaces; and (3) the changing relationship to norms and conventions of journalism practice from trust and legitimacy to the role of journalists as arbiters and connectors across social spaces.     

基于“四史”教育的“中国近现代史纲要”教学研究

为落实"四史"教育要求,高校要充分依托现行教材,综合运用多学科知识,以中华民族伟大复兴为"纲",以党史、新中国史、改革开放史和社会主义发展史等"四史"为"要",开展"中国近现代史纲要"教学,明确课程要求,挖掘教育资源,贯通教学过程,使大学生经由"纲要"之门,步入"四史"殿堂,厚植史学底蕴,引导大学生明理、增信、崇德、力行。     

“三全育人”视域下实境学习评价指标体系的构建研究

“三全育人”理念围绕立德树人的根本任务,倡导全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人的教育理念,实现了教育资源的多元整合。立足于全员育人的教育理念,在校企合作的实境学习中,切实发挥企业在育人工作中的积极作用。以高职院校市场营销专业为例,通过企业对实境学习成果的重要性评估,运用探索性因子分析法,构建高职学生实境学习的评价指标体系,推进实境德育评价工作,以期提升实境学习的有效性,打造校企育人共同体,推进产教深度融合。     

中医药院校科研能力培养模式——“教师—分级本科生”培养模式

“教师—分级本科生”科研能力培养模式是以指导导师为中心,充分考虑每一届学生的专业能力和特点,以一届学生带领下一届学生为具体的执行方案。方案有效提高了师生间的亲和力,增强了实验学习的效率,为学生继续深造奠定了扎实的基础,并在6年试点执行中取得了丰厚的成果。对“教师—分级本科生”模式下分级本科生的锻炼过程、培养收益,以及模式取得的成果进行阐述,为探索提高中医药院校本科生创新能力培养的方法和模式提供借鉴。     

地方高校“五早”创新型人才培养模式研究

新工科建设与工程专业认证的实施,表明传统的教育模式已不能满足创新型人才培养的需要。基于此,地方高校充分挖掘教学实验室的利用潜力,全面贯通课堂、培训、项目、比赛与科研的全链条培养渠道,创新"五早"人才培养模式:"早进实验室、早进行培训、早申报项目、早参加比赛、早参与科研",切实提高新工科背景下地方农业高校的人才培养质量。十余年的实验探索结果表明,该模式成效显著,值得进一步推广。
