木炭吸附作用演示实验的改进

基于初中化学中木炭吸附作用演示实验中存在的缺憾和不足，提出了自己的设计思路，革新实验装置，优化实验过程，获得了良好的教学效果。     

几个果蔬保鲜问题研究概况

本文介绍了作者近年来在果蔬保鲜研究方面的几项成果:苏村“甜水柿”的成因,影响聚乙烯膜透气比的因素,CO保鲜法的实质,CH_4保鲜法的机理。     

Proteiomic patterns for endometrial cancer using SELDI-TOF-MS

Serum samples from endometrial cancer (EC) patients and healthy females were analyzed using surface-enhanced laser desorption-ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) to discover the potential diagnostic biomarker for detection of EC. A preliminary training set of spectra derived from 40 EC patients and 30 healthy women were used to develop a proteomic model that effectively discriminated cancer patients from healthy women. The training set had a specificity of 100% and sensitivity of 92.5% in the EC detection. A blind test set, including 20 new cancer cases and 10 healthy women, was used to validate the sensitivity and specificity of this multivariate model, which had a corresponding results of 60% in specificity and 75% in sensitivity, respectively. The combination of SELDI-TOF-MS with bioinformatics tools could help find new biomarkers and establish the detection of EC with high sensitivity and specificity.     

废煤饼吸收甲醛的试验

1提出问题 一次有位学生在《扬子晚报》上看到一则生活小窍门,用新鲜的废煤饼置于冰箱中可除去冰箱中的异味。这位同学便问我是什么原因,我解释可能是新鲜的废煤饼中有多孔性物质而具有吸附作用。学生追问能否用新鲜的废煤饼吸收其他有味有毒的气体,例如新装修房屋中的甲醛呢？带着这个问题,笔者和同学们做了如下实验：     

Enhanced degradation of carbon tetrachloride by surfactant-modified zero-valent iron

Sorption of carbon tetrachloride （CT） by zero-valent iron （ZVI） is the rate-limiting step in the degradation of CT, so the sorption capacity of ZVl is of great importance. This experiment was aimed at enhancing the sorption of CT by ZVI and the degradation rate of CT by modification of surfactants. This study showed that ZVI modified by cationic surfactants has favorable synergistic effect on the degradation of CT. The CT degradation rate of ZVI modified by cetyl pyridinium bromide （CPB） was higher than that of the unmodified ZVI by 130%, and the CT degradation rate of ZVI modified by cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide （CTAB） was higher than that of the unmodified ZVI by 81%. This study also showed that the best degradation effect is obtained at the near critical micelle concentrations （CMC） and that high loaded cationic surfactant does not have good synergistic effect on the degradation due to its hydrophilicity and the block in surface reduction sites. Furthermore degradation of CT by ZVI modified by nonionic surfactant has not positive effect on the degradation as the ionic surfactant and the ZVI modified by anionic surfactant has hardly any obvious effects on the degradation.

人教版教材上，此实验是利用观察颜色的变化来说明炭对二氧化氮有吸附作用的。如对此实验稍加改进则更能说明问题。     

羟基磷灰石吸附性能的研究进展

羟基磷灰石是人体和动物骨骼的主要无机矿物成分,具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,是较好的生物材料。随着研究工作的深入进行,研究人员发现羟基磷灰石具有较强的吸附作用,在吸附并回收利用地方饮用水中过量的氟离子和工业废水中的重金属离子方面具有非常广阔的应用前景。文章综述了羟基磷灰石吸附性能的应用研究近况,并对羟基磷灰石的发展前景进行了展望。     

对摩擦问题的再认识

通过分析物体表面微观状态，从引起摩擦的剪切、吸附及耕犁作用出发，对古典摩擦理论进行了完善，为新的防摩擦、磨损技术提供了理论根据。     

饲料用纤维素酶的研究进展

综述了在饲料中添加纤维素酶的意义、纤维素的化学结构、降解纤维素的微生物、纤维素酶降解的机理和畜禽日粮添加纤维素酶的应用研究。     

浅析碳纳米管对重金属离子的吸附

碳纳米管（CNT）具有中空的层状结构、大的比表面积、良好的化学稳定性和热稳定性等优点，在吸附方面有重要的应用价值.本文论述了CNT材料对污水中重金属离子的吸附、pH对吸附作用的影响和CNT材料的可重复使用性。
