093只 1日龄艾维茵商品雏鸡 ,随机分为 2组 ,对照组 2 46 2只 ,试验组 46 31只。研究了大群饲养条件下 ,免疫生长促进剂C96 (1 1mg/kg饲料 )对高浓度氨环境肉鸡生长性能的影响 ,结果表明 :1 0 - 32日龄试验组鸡在潮湿垫料和 5 0PPm的氨环境中 ,生长速度 (日增重 )略低于对照组。但整个试验期 ,试验组与对照组鸡体重、日增重等生长性能指标均无显著差异。试验组饲养后期有较强代偿性生长趋势  相似文献

Determination of ammonia level in blood is important, especially in the diagnosis of hepatic disorders. An indigenously purified enzyme was used in the standardisation of the assay. The assay is a two reagent system, requires five minutes for completion and can be performed at temperature between 25–27°C. Performance of the assay was assessed by linearity, imprecision, functional sensitivity and interference studies. Lyophilised reagent I and reagent II were found stable for at least one year. The plasma level of ammonia for the controls was 13.7±7.3 μMol/L, whereas for subjects of hepatic disorders, it was 69.1±32.4 μMol/L (P<0.001). The functional sensitivity was between 2–1000 μMol/L. Within-run coefficient of variation was between 1.1–2.0% and between-run coefficient of variation was between 1.9–3.7%. The mean recovery after dilution was 99.6%. The present method can estimate ammonia up to 1000 μMol/L without dilution of sample. Assay time of five minute may be shortened to one minute. This method is suited for routine clinical use in treatment of hepatic disorders.  相似文献

Copper(II) hydroxide (as the rarely occurring mineral spertiniite) is formed under alkaline, oxidising conditions. It has been observed as a naturally occurring corrosion product of brass in sea water. But most occurrences on copper alloys are due to conservation treatments using basic solutions (sodium hydroxide or ammonia) or to intentional patination. Classical brass centrepieces (c. 1800), ‘cleaned’ with ammonia solution, developed a blue spertiniite patina in gaps, where evaporation was hindered. Additional to the danger of stress corrosion cracking this is another reason now outlawing this treatment. Copper pigment layers will transform to copper hydroxide when exposed to bases. The treatment of basic copper salts with bases has been used intentionally in the production of Bremen blue and similar pigments which can be composed of copper hydroxide as well.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论研究了钴掺杂氨硼烷分子(Co-NH3BH3)在结构和能量方面的变化.首先对氨硼烷分子在不同波函数基组下进行优化.然后,将Co掺杂在优化后的氨硼烷分子中,计算Co掺杂后对氨硼烷分子的影响.结果表明,当钴掺杂之后,氨硼烷分子中氢原子Mulliken电荷变化明显,氢原子稳定性变差,体现了钴作为催化剂对氨硼烷分子的影响.  相似文献

测定溶液中氨含量的方法是通过测氮的含量换算出来的,通常是在无干扰的情况下测定。当体系中存在大量的重金属离子时,就不能直接测定氮的含量,需要消除干扰才能测定,文章研究并建立了一种在ZnSO4体系溶液中测定氨含量的方法,方法以EDTA作为络合剂掩蔽重金属离子后,以甲醛法对氨含量进行测定。实验表明,加标回收率为92.3-102.5%,相对标准偏差在2.18~4.39%之间。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of a single bout of endurance exercise on subsequent strength performance. Eight males with a long history of resistance training performed isokinetic, isometric and isotonic leg extension strength tests 8 and 32 h after 50 min of cycle ergometry at 70-110% of critical power. The participants also completed a control condition in which no cycling was performed. Plasma lactate and ammonia were measured before and immediately after each strength test. Isokinetic, isometric and isotonic leg extension torques were not significantly different 8 or 32 h after endurance exercise compared with the control condition ( P > 0.05). A large (50.3%), but not statistically significant, increase in plasma ammonia was evident during the strength tests performed 8 h after endurance exercise, while a significant ( P ? 0.05) increase in ammonia was also seen 32 h after endurance exercise. No significant changes in plasma ammonia were evident in the control condition. Our results suggest that leg extension strength was not compromised by an earlier bout of endurance cycling. However, metabolic activity during the strength tests might have been altered by the preceding bout of endurance exercise.  相似文献

本研究对一栋密闭式种猪舍部分有害气体的分布状况进行了观测,结果表明,在舍内0.2m、0.5m和0.8m的不同高度层中,氨气的平均浓度分别为6.7mg/kg、8.9mg/kg和4.7mg/kg,其中,0.5m高度层氨气浓度显著高于0.8m高度层的(P<0.05),日高峰值出现在6:00时的0.5m高度层,为17.6mg/kg;硫化氢的平均浓度分别为0.16mg/kg、0.15mg/kg和0.13mg/kg,各浓度间差异不显著性(P>0.05),日高峰值出现在14:00时的0.2m高度层,为0.25mg/kg.整个试验期间氨气和硫化氢最高浓度和日平均浓度均低于畜禽环境空气质量标准.  相似文献
