GC/MS法分析百合花化学成分

报道了用同时蒸馏-萃取装置(SDE)提取百合花的挥发性物质，测得百合花挥发油含量为5．43％，用GC/MS法从百合花的挥发油中分离确认出19种化学成分，占提取出的百合花挥发油总含量的99．56％．其主要成分在挥发油中的含量为：酸类化合物(2个)占18．44％，醇奥化合物(4个)占7．64％，酸类化合物(3个)占63．04％，醛类化合物(3个)占2.72％，烯烃类化合物(2个)占1．68％，萜类氧化物(3个)占2．45％，苯的衍生物(1个)占2．74％，酮类化合物(1个)占0．85％．并用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量．     

Shifting Sales Channels

The Book Industry Study Group and The Idea Logical Company carried out an online survey to capture publishers’ comments on how market conditions were changing and what they are doing differently as a result of the economic pressures in the consumer market. About 250 individuals responded to the online survey. Interviews were carried out of more than a dozen executives at large and small publishers and their accounts to get further insights. The goal was to identify what are the sales conditions for trade book publishers today and what publishers are doing to change sales and marketing and even editorial practices to accommodate changing times. What we have learned from that joint effort is reflected in this article.

对淡黄花百合组培苗的离体保存研究结果表明:在培养温度15-24℃,光照时间11h/d,光照强度1500lx条件下,最适培养基为添加1-3%甘露醇的MS培养基,保存10个月后存活率为92%左右,存活的幼苗接种于增殖培养基上,100%正常生长和增殖。

从"贝克计划"到"布雷迪计划"--美国对80年代拉美债务危机的政策演变

20世纪80年代,拉美爆发了有史以来最大的一场债务危机。这场危机持续时问特别长,涉及范围特别广,债务数额特别大,对世界金融体系造成了巨大的冲击。作为西方金融中心和支柱的美国对这场危机给予了充分的关注,分别提出了解决债务危机的“贝克计划”和“布雷迪计划”。     

Toward Interdisciplinarity in Literary Research

Literary research has become more interdisciplinary in the last two decades, caused by a fragmentation of disciplines, a reexamination of the literary canon in response to societal demands for cultural relevance, and the growing impact of computer technology. This trend has changed patterns of literary publication and use of literature collections in libraries. To respond to these changes, literature bibliographers have had to overcome rigidly disciplinary selection tools, conventional staffing patterns, and uniform methods of allocating acquisition budgets. Strategies for coping with these problems include improved communication among selectors and use of new, computer generated selection tools to identify and acquire important interdisciplinary publications.
