老年人随龄增长骨量变化与健骨运动的研究进展

通过对老年人骨量变化与健骨运动的研究回顾,从运动健骨的角度,对不同运动项目、运动与非运动老年人群的骨量变化等方面进行了分析与综述,明确了运动对老年人骨量和骨代谢活动的影响,对指导老年人的运动健身有一定的意义。     

Allograftic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells transplanted into heart infarcted model of rabbit to renovate infarcted heart

Objective: To investigate the directed transplantation of allograftic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in myocardial infarcted (MI) model rabbits. Materials and Methods: Rabbits were divided into 3 groups, heart infarcted model with MSCs transplanted treatment (MSCs group, n=12), heart infarcted model with PBS injection (control group, n=20), sham operation with PBS injection (sham group, n=l 7). MSCs labelled by BrdUrd were injected into the MI area of the MSCs group. The same volume of PBS was injected into the MI area of the control group and sham group. The mortality, LVIDd, LVIDs and LVEF Of the two groups were compared 4 weeks later. Tropomyosin inhibitory component (Tn I) and BrdUrd immunohistochemistry identified the engrafted cells 4 weeks after transplantation. Result: The mortality of the MSCs group was 16.7% (2/12), and remarkably lower than the control group's mortality [35% (7/20) (P＜0.05)].Among the animals that survived for 4 weeks, the LVIDd and LVIDs of the MSCs group after operation were 1.17±0.21 cm and 0.74±0.13 cm, and remarkably lower than those of the model group, which were 1.64±0.14 cm and 1.19±0.12 cm (P＜0.05); the LVEF of the MSCs group after operation was 63±6%, and remarkably higher than that of the model group,which was 53±6% (P＜0.05). Among the 10 cases of animals that survived for 4 weeks in the MSCs group, in 8 cases (80%),the transplanted cells survived in the non MI, MI region and its periphery, and even farther away; part of them differentiated into cardiomyocytes; in 7 cases (70%), the transplanted cells participated in the formation of blood vessel tissue in the MI region. Conclusion: Transplanted allograftic MSCs can survive and differentiate into cardiomyocytes, form the blood vessels in the MI region. MSCs transplantation could improve the heart function after MI.     

A biochemical study on the effect of Riboflavin on cataractous rat lenses. II Proteins and Glutathione

Proteins and glutathione (GSH) levels were estimated in the experimental groups. Levels of both proteins and glutathione in the control and the treated groups were found to be significantly decreased compared to the normal group. The results show that supplementation of riboflavin has beneficial effect by alleviating the oxidant injuries to GSH and proteins, which are involved in the maintenance of transparency and protection of thiol groups of the lens. Thus, riboflavin has an active role in the lens metabolism and has a potential to improve the metabolic activity of the cataractous lenses.     

试析杜甫现实主义“骨”诗中的仁爱情怀

杜甫作为典型的儒家知识分子,其诗歌创作始终贯穿着爱国主义精神、忧国忧民的思想,永不衰退的政治热情。以饥寒之身而怀济世之心,尤以其＂骨＂诗的精神尤为突出,其对仁爱做出的生动而深刻的诠释引起了后人极大的心灵震撼。     

音、体、美、舞蹈专业教育对青春期女大学生体成分与骨密度的影响*

目的:比较音、体、美、舞蹈专业教育对青春期女大学生体成分及骨密度(BMD)的影响.方法:采用双能X线吸收法和生物电阻抗法对232名岭南师范学院音、体、美、舞蹈及普通专业大一女生体成分和骨密度进行测试.结果:①体育生和舞蹈生腰臀比、体脂百分比低于音乐生、美术生与普通生,而体重、肌肉量却高于音乐生、美术生与普通生;音乐生与美术生的体重高于普通生,具有统计学差异(p＜0.05).②体育生和舞蹈生前臂骨和跟骨的骨密度值均高于音乐生、美术生与普通生;美术生跟骨骨密度高于音乐生与普通生,差异具有统计学意义(p＜0.05);体育生前臂骨跟骨骨密度与普通生比分别高出,13.63％,22.31％.结论:音、体、美、舞蹈专业教育对青春期女大学生体成分和骨密度的影响各有不同:经常参与体育与舞蹈锻炼,能增加去脂体重,有效提高骨密度;音乐与美术专业教育对女生形体美的塑造有一定作用,但却不能有效提高去脂体重和骨密度、减少体脂量及体脂在腰部的堆积.     

快速定量分析牛乳中α-乳白蛋白的竞争酶联免疫吸附法

建立一种灵敏度高和特异性好的直接竞争ELISA法来定性和定量检测牛乳中α-乳白蛋白(α-LA).通过使用牛乳α-LA多次免疫新西兰大白兔制备多克隆抗体,并采用过碘酸钠氧化法制备辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记的α-LA,建立检测α-LA的直接竞争ELISA法.所制备的多克隆抗体特异性较高,无明显交叉反应,效价为1:80 920.酶标抗原的标记率达66.67%.直接竞争ELISA法标准曲线相关系数为0.998 57,回收率在86.00%~117.50%之间,重复性高,变异系数<5%.与国标电泳方法进行样品检测比较,结果显示该方法可有效地用于食品中α-LA的快速定性和定量检测.     

嗜水气单胞菌外分泌物的致病性

该菌分泌物有溶血性、细胞毒性和肠毒素毒性，毒性实验证实嗜水气单胞菌外分泌物对小白鼠和中华鳖有较高的致死毒性．层析纯化得到的1种蛋白质有上述3种毒性和致死性．     

骨形态发生蛋白2在带电自组装单层膜上的吸附

骨形态发生蛋白2（BMP-2）在人体组织和器官的再生过程中起着重要的作用.利用分子动力学模拟（MD）的方法探究BMP-2在带正电荷和负电荷的自组装单层膜（SAMs）上的吸附情况.SAMs是由分子CH₃-（CH₂）₉-X组成,其末端官能团选择为SO₃^-和N（CH₃）₃⁺.模拟结果显示,尽管BMP-2带8个负电荷,在带负电和正电的表面都能被吸附.更有趣的是,发现蛋白的吸附强度还取决于BMP-2表面带电氨基酸的分布情况.此外,BMP-2吸附在正电荷表面后活性位点朝向表面,吸附在负电荷表面后活性位点朝向溶液.     

Short-term reliability of inflammatory mediators and response to exercise in the heat

Prospective application of serum cytokines, lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and heat shock proteins (eHSPs) requires reliable measurement of these biomarkers that can signify exercise-induced heat stress in hot conditions. To accomplish this, both short-term (7 day) reliability (at rest, n = 12) and the acute responsiveness of each biomarker to exercise in the heat (pre and post 60-min cycling, 34.5°C and 70% RH, n = 20) were evaluated. Serum was analysed for the concentration of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), heat shock protein 72 (eHSP72), immunoglobulin M (IgM) and LPS. Test–retest reliability was determined as the coefficient of variation (CV). Biomarkers with the least short-term within-participant variation were IL-6 (19%, ±20%; CV, ±95% confidence limits (CL)) and LPS (23%, ±13%). Greater variability was observed for IgM, eHSP72 and CRP (CV range 28–38%). IL-6 exhibited the largest increase in response to acute exercise (95%, ±11%, P = < 0.001) and although CRP had a modest CV (12%, ±7%), it increased substantially post-exercise (P = 0.02, ES; 0.78). In contrast, eHSP72 and LPS exhibited trivial changes post-exercise. It appears variation of common inflammatory markers after exercise in the heat is not always discernible from short-term (weekly) variation.     

乒乓球运动对跟骨骨密度的影响

目的：探讨乒乓球运动对跟骨骨密度的影响。方法：采用CM-100超声波骨密度测定仪进行跟骨部超声波传导速度（SOS）的测定,同时测定血睾酮浓度。结果：乒乓球运动员的跟骨骨密度与普通大学生有显著性差异,两组骨密度都与血睾酮呈正相关。结论：乒乓球运动对跟骨骨密度有促进作用,血睾酮与骨密度有一定的相关性。
