论史容与史季温及其山谷诗集注

宋代诗人黄庭坚之诗有著名的三家注,达到的学术水平甚高。南宋蜀中学者史容和其孙史季温完成《山谷外集诗注》和《山谷别集诗注》。我们简略考述史容和史季温的生平仕历、创作及事迹,探究注释的特点和优长,发现采用任渊的体例,除注释字面的词语、事典和语句出处外,还进行编年考证、解题,寻绎诗人之旨,是难能可贵的,共同成就了三家注的学术水平。     

Making the connection between processing and access: do cataloging decisions affect user access?

One function of a call number is to organize the library collection to promote browsability either on the shelf or in an online catalog. This study, based on research done at the Ohio State University Libraries, examines the impact on library collection organization if call numbers are not changed to fit into the shelf list sequence. The browsability of items were tracked by assessing how many screens away titles appear from like items in the online public access catalog, if call numbers by a bibliographic utility were not changed. The study assesses whether not reviewing the call numbers affects patrons’ ability to find the items.

Interlibrary Loaning Special Collections: A Test Run for the University of California

ABSTRACT

In June of 2001, the University of California Libraries initiated a pilot project that enabled library patrons to direct request items held in the University of California Special Collection Units. The pilot ended the need for patrons to initiate most requests for unique items in person through the Special Collections department and allowed patrons to self-determine the need for a unique item when searching the shared UC-wide catalog, Melvyl®. The following article discusses the process used to handle the requests, includes perspectives from the two units overseeing the requests, evaluates the overall success of the pilot and offers considerations for implementing a similar service elsewhere.     

Scan by Numbers: Interlibrary Loan Lending Statistics Shape Digital Initiative

In 2004, the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services Department at the University of Central Florida Libraries began forwarding requests to Special Collections for review and potential lending. After compiling three years of data, an evaluation of the requests showed 23% of the requested items were in the public domain. Interlibrary Loan (ILL), Special Collections, and Digital Services began collaborating to digitize ILL requests on demand and create a digital collection of materials requested via interlibrary loan.     

抗战时期大后方图书文献土纸使用情况分析——以五家出版机构为样本

在实物对比分析的基础上,梳理了国家图书馆馆藏中所见手工土纸和机制土纸的名目、外观及品质,并对馆藏五家出版机构在1937—1946年间出版的图书进行采样统计,同时结合相关史料,对抗战时期大后方印刷用土纸的使用情况进行了初步梳理,分析认为:自1938年下半年开始,土纸在大后方印刷出版界的使用日益广泛,1946年后土纸基本退出我国印刷出版行业。最后提出了进一步加强抗战时期土纸文献保护利用的建议。

在《一砚斋集》中,刘应秋能够灵活使用不同典故来表达丰富多彩的情感内容,或抒情言志,或送别赠友,或写景记事,或唱和宴饮,同时通过一典多用、类典叠用、活用化用等不同手法的运用,取得了很好的修辞效果,也显示了刘应秋扎实的文学功底和高超的艺术表现力。

王阳明之所"立言",版本甚多,然有明隆庆谢氏刻本《王文成公全书》和明崇祯施氏刻本《阳明先生集要》乃为显本,两本各有殊同,皆为读研阳明思想学说最重要的文献资料。     

我国近代知识体系转型与私人藏读普世化研究

中国的藏书与知识传承总是密切相关,是历代学者文人的读书治学之本。知识结构的变化反映在私人藏书结构上便是藏书内容的变化。民国时期,与前代相比,是一个藏书家逐步走向衰落,而藏书阶层进一步下落的时代。这期间藏书群体逐步延展到社会中有一定阅读能力和购买能力的众多职业阶层中。传统意义上那种以收藏数量众多、书籍质量高而见长,且带有一定研究性质的藏书家在逐步衰落。
